"This house is a nice size, with up to date appliances, and a comfortable layout! Only complaint is that the main bedroom does get loud with passing cars on the busy highway in the morning, but I had already read that in previous reviews. Not a problem if you’re an earlyish riser (7am). The WiFi was also fairly slow, but it worked! Great place- would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful surroundings in the woods, frequented by deer. Private and quite. Hosts were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here. The one downside was the foam mattress was not comfortable for my husband and it had a plastic cover on it that became damp and sticky during the night. A nice mattress topper would help that."

"Beautiful location, everything we needed, clean… they need to run the dehumidifier … wasn’t on or any heat … never was able to get the musty moldy smell completely out… we ran the dehumidifier for a week… very clean but you have to keep the moisture levels down on the Oregon coast in the rainy season!!!"

"Communication on how to check in was awful. I received an email "here are your keys" but nothing about how to get in. Got there and there was a lock box but we never got a code. Side door was open (lock is broken) so we got in but could see people were living there... very scary. Contacted vrbo and found out that our rental was actually around the side of the garage (not in sight). So we were in somebody else's house. The host needs to have separate addresses for the two places like A and B, and...

"Bandon is an absolute gem of the Oregon coast, and Heather’s cabin is amazing!! She was helpful, responsive and attentive. The property is spacious and beautiful, and the home is cozy and very well provisioned. The wood burning stove made it home for us. We’ll definitely be back. "

"Sweet accommodations. Can tell owners put their love into it. Part of a historical episode that can be discerned through information once there but would be good to advertise for the place. Love the giant Monterey Cypress of which the cottage is nestled into. Little stream off the back porch which is a wonderful attribute. The interior is great with unique wall paintings of trees and flowers. And, the breakfast brought to the door, is a definite plus! Recommended."

"This is a great spot. It's secluded, so you don't have a lot of other people around. I did have a doe and a couple of fawns looking in the window one morning though! Great views of the bay. My GPS lead me right to it, although it was just slightly confused as I drove in the drive. After that, no problem! Communication with the owner was quick and easy. It's a very clean property and I really enjoyed my stay. Had everything you needed. I wish all the vrbo properties would take lessons from...

"Nice property. Clean tiny home. The only thing I didn’t like was it didn’t have a sofa. It had a table that converted to another small bed. This was our 2nd trip to Bay Point Landing."
