Sheets were dirty and when we were having them switch out the sheets we gave them our towels as well, get home from vacation and now theyre saying theyre going to hold the deposit on the room saying we took the towels. I called them and voiced my concern and its bassicaly a he said she said and I dont think ill be getting my deposit back. Worst experience at a hotel ever go somewhere else.

I couldn’t even stay due to feeling very unsafe at the hotel and in the room. The minute I pulled into the parking lot the hotel felt unsafe. I tried to give it a chance, so I asked the person working the desk that was behind glass ( like you would find in a place where they were scared for their safety) to show me the room. He was accommodating and took me to see the room. As soon as the door was opened all I could smell was very musty and my worry about safety did not go away for myself or my child. I ask the desk attendant about canceling the reservation and he told me I needed to contact who I booked with to do that. When I contacted Expedia they contacted the hotel and they refused. So I was lied to so I would leave.

Very sorry to hear you did not stay, all rooms have been upgraded, with new walls, floors, furniture and bathrooms. We have many families with children that stay on a regular basis and are very friendly and allow the children to play in our grassy areas during great spring days. We welcome all families and despite what our very old reviews have written, we are not the same motel that it was years ago and we hope you visit again and stay.

We are link with our local police department and are now under new ownership and management. We have come a long way cleaning up our property and are very proud to have come this far. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this place but it must have been before they made some renovations. I reserved 8 rooms and everyone was happy with theirs. Everything was new and clean. The receptionist was also very friendly and professional. The only downsides were that it was on a busy road and you could hear the traffic and they don’t serve breakfast, however they do give you $5 vouchers to use at the Dennys right next door. Would have no problem going back there if I ever visited Vineland again.

This place was filthy, stains on sheets, burns in the comforter and hair in the shower drain. When i went there they wanted an extra $100.00 security deposit then we went to the room to be greeted a fowl musty smell and icky stains on the bed. Run from here

expect motel level facilities. neighborhood is not the fanciest there are people loitering in late night. cleaning is the worst ever ive seen so far. it was also very loud in the night due to motorcycles and loud trucks driving by. do not recommend to stay here.

While the girl working at the desk was very pleasant, I wish I had known before hand about the $100 deposit I had to put down upon arrival. I expected to pay the $25 pet fee, but was unaware of the cleaning deposit. But it is what it is and will get reimbursed for that. The pool was closed which was upsetting because it was one of the reasons I booked a stay there. A lot of people just walking by through all hours smoking pot and cursing. The room itself was very clean so that was a plus. And there was no coffee maker in the room. There was one out in the lobby, but it never got turned on. Normally most of this stuff wouldn’t even bother me too much, but the amount I paid, I expected a little better.

Thank you for your response. Our website has the update about our pool being closed for the entire 2023 season. We do not supply coffee in the rooms or in our main lobby, but we are located next to Denny's and provide a 5.00 coupon to obtain a cup of freshly brewed iced or hot coffee. Our setting is motel style and a lot of our guests are in and out of our rooms due to the night life located around. I do hope you revisit soon and will let our housekeeping know of the great work they are doing.

Awful cigarette smell
We tried two non-smoking rooms. They both smelled heavily of cigarettes; as did the lobby and the open-air hallways. We would not stay there again. My son asked if we could sleep in the car instead.

As per your request, you have been upgraded to a new room, just constructed and renovated. and given a 20% discount. For full refunds, during the check in process we offer a policy that is signed by each guest upon arrival. This policy offers the guest a full refund within 15 minutes of entering the room and they are not satisfied. The guest is then able to check out for a full refund or relocate to a room to their satisfaction, and remain a guest. Hope to see you in the future at our grand re-opening. This had to be one of the most disgusting places we ever stayed! The room smells like cigar smoke. Bathroom sink would not drain. No batteries in the TV remote. Cigarette butts all over side wall and parking lock. We would’ve gone somewhere else if we were able. But we had our dog, and it was the only place that we could find that was pet friendly at the moment. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Bugs everywhere. On the walls, headboard. Roaches on the toilet seat. Moved the pillow and roaches on the bed. Chairs at the table were sunk in and had holes in them. worn out furniture. Curtains had holes in them. Walls need to be painted from where they started to repair holes in the walls but did not cover them. To have to pay 170.00 for one night along with a 50.00 deposit for a roach infested room is unbelievable. Never again will i stay there again

Hotel rooms carpet smelled awful, bathroom floor was sticky, room was very humid, mildew in shower, wall paper coming apart and you can smell all the smoking that goes on in the hotel not good for kids. Rooms are very dated. Days Inn would do a lot better with a minor renovation.

Awaiting a FULL REFUND. The police were called twice due to screaming, partying, people running and being unruly. There were ROACHES, holes in the wall, wallpaper falling from the walls, filthy carpet, stains on the walls, signs of mold in the bathroom, and the Extreme smoke in the air and walls of the room.

The place checks your room before they let you check out - the hotel has room with plywood covering the windows - we crossed path with several types of bugs in our room - I had to sign so many disclaimers and waivers at check in that it took 25 minutes for the guy to collate
