First on my list for this hotel is the exceptional staff service - reception, housekeeping, and dining; all staff we interacted with provided exceptional service. Outstanding among the staff were two - Angel, who was so welcoming and made us feel it was a joy to have breakfast in the hotel, and Pepe. the omelette king, made omelettes to order that were out-of-this-world. I would recommend a stay that includes breakfast.
Secondly, there are good transport links - taxi, bus (including to/from airport) and a metro stations only a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride away.
Thirdly, a wide choice of dining places around the area. Just use Google or another search engine to find them (or just walkabout, as I did).

"A restored castle in Siguenza. Reasonable place to stay for a couple of nights. Impressive dining room with tall ceilings. Parking was easily available. Breakfast was expensive. Not many local restaurants were open as may have been in the off season."
