I would stay here over and over, this was our second trip to Amsterdam and we tried 2 hotels during our first trip but nothing beats Casa. It really feels like a home away from home. The area it’s in is pretty quiet but it safe and close to the metro allowing you to get to Centraal easily. There’s a cafe in the lobby as well as a small convenience store with self check out.

A great place to stay for a few days. The check in and check out were super quick and the front desk staff were so friendly. The room itself was clean, and was spacious enough for us. There is a main train station which is about a 5 minute walk from hotel and then less than 10 minutes to Centraal. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

My stay here was wonderful. The hotel itself is modern, clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also close to city center public transport and walking distance to neighbourhood of De Pijp. I would definitely stay here again the next time Im in the city.

I loved the concept of the Casa Amsterdam. It was fun to be around the young people who live and work at the hotel. The staff was especially helpful, warm, and friendly.

Follow the river lol
Nice place away from the main city center but 3 min walk from a train station. The place was clean and calm. Follow the river and you will find the city. Make sure to plan your trip to the airport it costed 60euros on a taxi. Overall I loved the hotel, very nice service

Nice hotel. However, please plan on fixing your air conditioning. Also, it would be nice to have more than one pillow. Try making it known how to reach the front desk from the phones located in the hotel rooms.

Truly a top notch hotel that manages to be clean, comfortable, charming and affordable harmoniously! I absolutely loved their style, and the room was one of the nicest (and biggest) that I’ve ever had in Amsterdam. Worth going a little farther out past the city center to make Casa your home base.

Wonderful stay
Lovely quiet hotel not too far from the metro station and only 20 mins from the city centre. Wonderful staff,clean organised. Many choices at the bar and at the cafe in the lobby. Spatious room.Will recommend,and next time in Amsterdam will definitely stay there again

Hotel is very clean, modern and updated. Close enough to a metro stop that we used daily. We did not have time to utilize the rooftop though. The hotel is run almost entirely by students so that was a unique feature. We got a king room and it was in a corner so double windows was nice. Good size room. Comes with a safe and minifridge. The building is temperature controlled so you do not have access to adjusting the heat or a/c much. You do have a fan though which is not bad. Only issue we had with the room was with the shower. There's not much of a ledge or barrier at the bottom so water would seep out into the bathroom and into the carpet room. We did address this in our stay. We also got 2x free drinks through Expedia VIP access but it can only be used in the restaurant during the open times so keep that in mind. Otherwise it was a pleasant and unique experience.

I requested a late check in as per the perks for bio guests having received no others. First it was €10 an hour and then half price for my gold status. The pricing of which is not mentioned on my account, only availability. Feel a little ripped off and very underwhelmed having had no benefits to staying here. I’m unlikely to return on that basis alone

I found there was a lot of garbage all over the streets that we were on. It seems like Amsterdam does not empty the garbage containers nor do people keep the outsides of their property neat and clean. There were areas where the weeds took over the areas. Garbage containers were overflowing. Cigarette butts everywhere. The hotel itself was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. Very clean rooms and very comfortable too.

It was a bit austere - needed some enclosed furniture to hold clothes - open shelving not helpful. Even a foldable luggage rack would help. Also it needed some comfortable chairs - after long flights people’s baca can hurt.
