Worst hotel in beirut deserves 1 start
Horrible service, room service is bad , towels are old and smelly. AC was leaking fell over my head slipped due to water leak on the floor

The hotel is very clean, and the staff was so polite and helpful. Also I enjoyed the roof pool, the view from top was stunning.

The Hotel is a very nice and convenient place to stay in Beirut. The room is very clean and set properly. My remarks: Shower stall glass door should be fitted with magnetic rubber seals to prevent water from entering the bathroom. All white cheeses at breakfast were too salty for someone with HBP. Windows needed cleaning. Old booklet about Beirut. One of the restaurants had been closed at least two years ago! No charging plug available but staff did charge our mobiles and Inpad at reception.
