The people @ the front desk were messy and creepy. It has a prison feel to it as there are no side doors

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I do believe you may have us confused with another hotel you may have stayed at. The staff here at the ledgestone hotel always come to work clean and presentable. We also not only have our main entrance we have to side doors one to the south of the main entrance and one on the north side of the building.

Nice place. Very clean and quiet. Staff was great and our room was very nice. Would recommend this place of you are traveling to Billings MT.

The wonderful place to stay was so happy I picked this place. It was extremely quiet, clean close to shopping and food and most of all a wonderful place to stay.

Nice and clean inside and out. No night clerk and room was not cleaned for the 3 days that I stayed. Overall would stay there again

I will be sure to share this with my housekeeping staff as they do work really hard keeping the hotel clean. Since we are more extended stay base, we do only clean once a week. You can however request your room to be cleaned in advance with one of our guest service agents. We look forward to see you again.

If I could rate the professional, courteous and friendly attitude of the staff at higher than 5 stars, I would. They made our stay! This place is located in a more industrial part of Billings but the price is decent, the rooms are clean and large, and the staff are just super. We will most certainly stay here again if our travels take us to Billings.

This property is great; you won’t be sorry booking here. The best part, for me, was the business center. I needed to make 5 separate copies of 2 documents and the front desk handled it immediately, no charge. That was just huge at that moment. I was also able to print from my iPhone to their laser printer in the business center. Again— that was an immense relief to get that important task taken care of so conveniently & easily. The hotel WiFi worked well. The room was spacious. The bed— awesome. Very comfortable. I slept well. The bathroom was also spacious. And everything was spotless. The efficiency kitchen had everything— plates, utensils, cookware— a full-size microwave and a refrigerator. Since this is an “extended stay” property, you won’t see maid service everyday— no daily sheet changing, no clean towels, etc. I like this because it helps save our environment. If you want fresh towels and sheets, you can exchange your used ones for fresh at the front desk whenever you want. There aren’t a lot of dining options nearby— mostly fast food like Dairy Queen. There is a Starbucks right next door. There’s also a convenience store & gas station adjacent to the parking lot. Parking is convenient & moving bags in & out was a breeze with their baggage carts, which were always available. This is a really nice property with kind & caring people staffing it. I would stay here again— and will— if the opportunity presents itself to do so.

We are glad that you liked our spacious studio suites with the fully equipped kitchens. Yes, mostly fast food in the area, along with a couple local restaurants, such as Fiddlers Green and the Muzzleloader. They are also in walking distance. Please stop and see us again next time you are in Billings.

Clean and quiet hotel near I-90 but not close to the downtown Billings pub scene. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable with a small kitchenette with stovetop, large refrigerator, microwave and toaster (but only one burner of the stovetop actually worked). There was a coffee maker but no tea for those who don't drink coffee. The bathroom was clean and well-supplied, although the shower was a bit slippery.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The immediate area did not provide an overall safe feeling. Seemed to be a lot of homelessness right outside and around the area. Wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either.

Didn’t need the kitchenette but nice place. Quiet. Thought it was very expensive as are all the rooms in Billings. There is no reason to charge so much.
