From this location I was able to easily navigate Berlin. The staff were also friendly, and helpful. However, my room had several issues that weren't resolved during the stay. The lights would not turn fully off, the desk lamp had no light bulb, the phone to reception didn't work, and the toilet would not flush. They attempted to resolve the issues, but they recurred. The staff did try their best, and I was given a few free drinks for the inconvenience. But at over 100 Euro a night, I at least expect to flush the toilet and control the lights.

Excellent breakfast. Regret that there were no suitcase racks or bathroom slip mats available on request which are important for older customers. Very convenient for station and easy to visit the main sites of Berlin. Excellent lifts available. Recommended for a stay in Berlin.

It is much bigger than i expected! Lovely lit up at night. Unfortunately there were some political foreign visitors staying there so there was a lot of police and vehicles making it exceedingly crowded.
