The online reservation that I made which was suppose to be easier wasn’t. I had to wait with my family and my two dogs to get a room. I was told my booking didn’t have dogs on it and I am sure I put it in. I would love to get a room there again hopefully I am not waiting after a long trip from Fort Saskatchewan.

Parking was a little bit tight. Wished that the pool would have been opened earlier. But overall, it has good if not great accommodations.

We always stay here and have recommended to friends. Close to cross iron. Close to a quieter Costco for when we leave. We travel with a dog and there is a lot of open space to walk etc. consistently great rooms

Booked my family room almost month ago and on the day of reservation they called saying that they dont have the family room that I booked. Im so dissapointed when they said that because i was looking forward to this one so i can give my family a nice and comportable stay during our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay but we ran out of toilet paper at one point and Kleenex. They need to supply more.

We called the property and did an early check in at 1pm, and I really appreciate that they let us check in early. So we went to our room, and so when I was about to lay down, I noticed a hair in the pillow case. So I pull the sheets down to check,and there I found more hair in the bed aswell as in the sheet. So I called the front desk and they said someone is checking that hair. Im a diabetic, and after a 3hours drive I want to take a rest. The lady came in with another lady who she said checked the room. I showed it to them, they said its ok and she will change it. She started rippingbthe sheets and puttingbit in the other bed. I told the lady, maybe shes a supervisor, that its notbok and I need to rest. She said its ok that I should lay down on the other bed. I explained my condition ,but she insisted that I can lay down on the other bes. But its so uncomfortable since all the dirty sheets will be on that bed. So I called the front desk and I ask if she can move us to another room. And they did. I explained to the front desk the situation... so we are on the 2nd room and even before the lady went to the elevator, I called her back and showed her another hair in the pillow case and in the bedsheet. I told her we havent touched this bed, but as soon as I pulled down the sheet to lay down there we have ot again.. but ahe insisted that they are cleaning.... So we slept on it. My eldest had an ichy face and arms in the morning. Make sure you are actually changing your sheets.

We enjoyed the clean rooms and fun pool area. Not very sound proof doors could hear everything in the hall way all night/morning. Recommend a sound machine. Not many dining options after mall closes. Welcoming staff and decent breakfast.
