Lovely house for a family holiday
We had a lovely week in Imma’s house in Calonge. The pool was great and there was plenty of space inside and outside for us to enjoy. The house is in short driving distance of lots of beautiful beaches and places to visit. Imma gave us good recommendations for markets and places to eat.

Pleasant house in the hills
We had a lovely week at the villa. Imma was an excellent host and ok hand at any time but also allowed us privacy (she lives in the house next to the villa). The pool and outside space are beautiful and worked very well for us. The pool is immaculate. The weather wasn’t fantastic despite being August so we spent more time than usual inside the house, which is fine but quite dated especially the kitchen and bathrooms. It is well equipped and everything works it’s just not the most stylish of spaces. The location is fine, just outside of the nice town of Calonge and near some good beaches (Castell, Sant Pol). The restaurant down the road is really excellent (Rio De Oro) as is the tapas bar in Calonge itself. The road to the property is terrible and the immediate area is very scruffy (overflowing bins, abandoned villas, stray cats), once you are inside the villa you don’t notice it but it’s not the most attractive of immediate surrounds. All in all a good stay in a pleasant villa!

Thank you very much Katie! The house is a bit Vintage and has its years. The kitchen and a bathroom were renovated about 5 or 6 years ago. In general, it is very functional and the 200m2 of housing provides vital space for everyone. Even for dogs. As is the decoration of the house, it is clearly reflected in the photos. What has to do with the state of the streets, I tell you that there is a very expensive project to carry out a major reform. There are associations and a servant also who are helping abandoned cats find a foster home. The Costa Brava offers many beautiful corners and our villa is very central. It is one of the destinations for anyone looking to relax in a tourist area without crowds. Regards Imma Sánchez

Fun at Imma’s
Imma’s place is like a home away from home. It’s up in the mountains a bit so expect a mild breeze which is refreshing. You’re near to the beach and the pool is lovely. We rented a car and went to several other places which were easy to get to. This was a perfect location to get pool, beaches and city tours all in one.

A corner that is not your home, but that offers such comfort as at home. Beautiful family This area has a lot of diversity of landscapes to discover. The beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, coastal path, coastal routes for those who prefer to walk and the Catalan Pyrenees just an hour and a half from the town. Cozy, Charming. Perfect home away from home.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Frank and Immas villa. They were very accommodating hosts. The entire home was well kept and prepared with everything that we needed. Wi-Fi had a good connection. The location of the house is very close to the calonge centre. Would definitely recommend this villa!

Comfortable house with much space inside and outside
Despite the rainy weather the first days of our two weeks-stay, we very much enjoyed the holiday house. The house was comfortable, spacy and clean on arrival. The garden, with swimming pool, has several sitting areas. Imma was a very friendly and helpful host and our accidental encounters with her husband Frank were pleasant. We most probably will return in the future.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad! Imma de eigenaresse is fantastisch. Alles wordt geregeld als je iets vraagt. Maar alles was al aanwezig en groot fijn huis met veel plekjes om te zitten, uitgebreid keuken gerei. Wij overwegen het zeker om terug te komen.

We’ve had a very pleasant stay. The house is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. The pool is top. We were here in the summer and therefore had a lot of pleasure of the pool, terras, poolbeds and parasols. Imma and her husband were very friendly and helpfull. The house is located at short distance to the beach and different places.

Top Ferienhaus mit überaus freundlichen Gastgebern
Das Ferienhaus war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Es hat sehr viel Platz und viele Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen aussen und innen. Es hat nichts gefehlt und war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und wir haben sogar etwas gegen die lästigen Mücken bekommen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und haben uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Die Übergabe verlief absolut problemlos und unkompliziert. Einziger Nachteil war der Zustand der Strasse, die neu gemacht wird. Dadurch gab es auch Baulärm. DANKE für unseren tollen Aufenthalt!

Vivement les prochaines vacances !
Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine de vacances chez Imma. Nous avons été reçu comme si nous étions à la maison en famille. La villa est très agréable et spacieuse. Nous avons pu encore profiter de la piscine en cette fin d'octobre ! Calonge est situé entre Palamos et Playa D'Aros. Tout est à proximité !!

Villa tout confort
Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous pendant une semaine dans cette magnifique villa très bien entretenue et bien équipée. La grande piscine a été très appréciée vu les fortes températures extérieures. Situation idéale pour visiter Begur, Calella de Palafrugell, Tossa de Mar , le magnifique village médiéval de Peratallada… Du choix pour les Commerces proches ( Spar, Carrefour market…) Coup de coeur pour le restaurant « Rio de oro » accessible à pieds en bas du quartier . Et évidemment merci à notre gentille Hôte Imma qui nous a très bien accueilli et qui est très disponible et à l écoute. Seuls petits désagréments ;concernant les bruits de chantier dûs travaux en cours dans le quartier et l aboiement des chien . Dans la chambre parentale a l étage ,un lit 2 places serait + confortable .

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire sincère, pour nous votre avis nous encourage à nous améliorer. En ce qui concerne les travaux des rues nous savons que c'est une amélioration pour tous. Bien que le quartier soit résidentiel et très calme et que les chiens des voisins s'énervent lorsqu'ils voient passer des gens, à l'intérieur de la maison le bruit est fortement atténué grâce aux fenêtres à double vitrage. Haus und Garten bieten ausreichend Platz. Durch die Bäume im Garten ist immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden. Die Vermieter sind immer hilfsbereit und bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Die Anlage ist ordentlich und gepflegt.

Immona et son époux sont des personnes formidables faits pour ce type d'activité.
La maison est très agréable, entourée d'un jardin très bien entretenu par le mari d'Immona avec plein de petites terrasses équipées de mobilier. La piscine est grande bien sécurisée pour les familles avec des enfants. Le tout très propre, l'équipement est très complet.

Tolle Unterkunft in schöner Gegend
Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, sind nett empfangen worden und haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Sollten wir nochmals in der Gegend Urlaub machen, dann ist diese Unterkunft unsere erste Wahl! Die langen "Küstenwanderwege" waren auch bei schlechteren Wetter eine sehr schöne Alternative zu unseren tollen Klettererlebnissen.

Super leuke villa met veel buitenruimte
Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse en rondgeleid door de villa. Alles was netjes schoon. Meubilair was wat aan de ouderwetse kant maar dat is voor ons geen probleem. De eigenaresse vertelde dat ze zouden starten met de weg ( deze was idd slecht) en idd zagen we dat er mensen met de weg aan de gang gingen in de wijk dus dit zal wel goed komen. Het zwembad werd iedere 2 dagen nagekeken. Zat een kleine beschadiging in het zwembad maar niet storend Kortom een zalig plek om naar toe te gaan.

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben als Familie Anfang Oktober zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir haben uns, bei wunderbarem Wetter, sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Das Haus entspricht genau dem Inserat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, toll hat es eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Im Garten hat es verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen Grill. Der Pool (um die Jahreszeit natürlich etwas frisch) ist schön gross, wurde von uns aber nur wenig genutzt da wir lieber ans Meer sind. Es sind tolle Vermieter, die bei Bedarf schnell zur Stelle sind. Supermarkt und Strände sind schnell erreichbar.

Casa perfecta en entorno mejorable
La atención recibida por los propietarios ha sido absolutamente excepcional. Siempre atentos y con respuesta inmediata. La casa es súper confortable y adecuada para una familia y la wifi es buena. La piscina tiene un buen tamaño y el jardín es una maravilla. Camas muy cómodas. Cocina muy bien abastecida. El único pero es la urbanización donde se ubica con calzadas en mal estado (reparación prevista en septiembre) y muchos perros ladradores durante horario diurno. Se echan en falta cubos para la separación de residuos. Conjunto muy recomendable.

Muchas gracias, Maria por tu comentario! Lo de la mejora de las calzadas es un proyecto muy ambicioso y necesario que puntualmente el 20 de setiembre, como estaba previsto, han empezado sus trabajos. Esta mejora indudablemente es en beneficio de todos. Los cubos de separación de residuos se ha puesto en marcha gradualmente en todo el municipio y en nuestra urbanización, concretamente, se implantara al final de las obras. Para facilitar la separación de residuos el ayuntamiento pone a disposición de los vecinos cubos y todos tendremos que colaborar para su buen funcionamiento. De momento y muy cerca de villa Immona hay contenedores dispuestos para la separación de residuos. Yo también echo en falta una educación adecuada para todos aquellos que decidieron tener animales de compañía. En esto estoy trabajando y a ver si podemos conseguir unas normas que regule el tema de los perros. Muchas gracias por tu confianza. Estamos todo el año abiertos para cuando decidas escoger nuestra villa como destino de tus vacaciones. Saludos Imma

Villa très agréable
Villa très agréable : spacieuse, très propre, literie confortable, et grande piscine avec barrière de sécurité. Le jardin est très fleuri. Le quartier est calme, à l’écart de la ville (voiture obligatoire) tout en étant à proximité immédiate de la ville. Le bord de mer est très appréciable pour les ballades (à Callonge, Palamos, Platja d’Aro etc), tout le coin est superbe , les plages magnifiques, avec de belles criques bien aménagées. Enfin un grand merci à Imma pour son accueil. Une personne très serviable et très sympathique. A conseiller donc.

Merci beaucoup pour vos beaux mots. Oui, ce quartier est très calme et offre beaucoup. Je m'excuse de ne pas avoir répondu. Je suis un peu perdu avec cette plateforme, même si pour moi c'est la meilleure dans ce secteur. Il y a un an, il était chez moi et je lui réponds maintenant car je n'avais jamais vu son écriture auparavant. Il va sans dire que nous sommes à votre disposition toute l'année. Consultez les tarifs basse saison qui peuvent également vous intéresser.

Wir haben uns in unserem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Anwesen ist innen und außen sehr gepflegt . Der Zuschnitt des Hauses ist sehr gut, da das Haus auch geräumig ist kann sich auch jeder mal zurückziehen. Das Haus ist daher sehr familienfreundlich und gleichzeitig gut ausgestattet. Auch außen gibt es mehrere gemütliche Sitzecken und der Swimming-Pool bietet sich zum Baden an. Imma und Frank sind beide sehr freundlich und hilfbereit - ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben auch ein paar gute Tipps erhalten; so z.B. wo wir gut Essen gehen können. Wir haben den Urlaub rundum genossen und bedanken uns herzlich. Perfekt zum Ausspannen
Wie haben den Aufenthal in der Villa Immona sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht für angenehme Ferien. Der Garten is super und es finden sich zu jeder Tageszeit genügend Schatten- bzw. Sonnenplätzchen. Die Betreuung durch Imma und Frank ist super und sehr unkompliziert.

Mal wieder ein toller Urlaub!
Zuerst: vielen Dank an Imma und Franz! Äußerst liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der 7jährigen, natürlich wegen dem Pool. Sie wollte gar nicht mehr weg. Séjour magique !
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans la maison d'Imma. Nos 3 enfants ont beaucoup aimé la piscine et nous avons pu profiter du calme et de la tranquillité de cette grande maison. Très belle villa
Grande villa, très bien équipée. Jardin fleuri et très bien entretenu où une multitude de tables nous invite à la détente. Grande piscine très appréciable. Imma et Franck sont des propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons un petit regret: le manque de moustiquaires sur les fenêtres de toutes les chambres.. Nous avons néanmoins passé un très agréable séjour.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Cet été a été très chaud et très humide et comme la maison est entourée d'un jardin et très proche de la piscine, cela a entraîné une augmentation du nombre de moustiques dans toute la région. Les moustiquaires dans les chambres sont déjà en charge, même si les moustiques se faufilent partout et que vous devez vous battre avec plus de la moitié. Merci beaucoup pour votre confiance. Woning en eigenaar super/ dienstverlening Homeaway ondermaats
Dankzij de eigenares van de woning hebben we de nodige info en fijne vakantie gehad. Op mijn mails en telefoontje naar homeaway ben ik deze keer niet te spreken, hebben commissie opgestreken en verder niets. Villa Immona en de eigenaars daarentegen waren perfect!

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit tollen Gastgebern
Es ist nicht unser erster Aufenthalt in Calonge, aber genau dieses Haus erfüllt alle unsere Bedürfnisse. Es ist familär und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist herrlich. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer gefällt uns sehr. Auch der blühende Garten, die vielen Ecken zum Sitzen und Ausruhen, der Pool, alles das verschönert den Urlaub. Das Haus ist einfach zu erreichen. Wie viele andere auch liegt es am Berg, aber wir haben schon deutlich steilere Zufahrten gehabt. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit ist man im Dorfzentrum und an den Strand nach Sant Antoni de Calonge sind es nicht mehr als 10 Minuten. Imma und Frank sind ganz liebe, tolle Gastgeber. Sie sind sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein Problem gibt und helfen, wann immer nötig. Vielen Dank für diese wohltuende Gastfreundschaft!
