Excellent location, near subway station, Eaton centre, Dundas square, many restaurants. Supportive staff. Amazingly quiet rooms. One point lost for badly implemented project to change room locks. We were locked out 4 times during our stay. Easily rectified, but a real annoyance

Good food, nice pool. Nice bed and bathroom. Terrible conditions outside for entering hotel, and for valet parking, due to construction. Extra service to help with parking was very in efficient.
