The rooms are nice and up to date. The breakfast was good and they had plenty of options to choose from.(I have been to places that didn’t have the greatest breakfast) The staff were very friendly and the pool was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look into staying again when we decide to visit Chattanooga.

The hotel is not tidy. There's a strange fragrance and some dirtiness around here. We have two babies and are deaf. After they finally stopped crying and went to sleep, they sobbed for about ten minutes, but someone called the police because of the noise. We told the front desk that we were deaf, and they had a light flash at our door. We're doing OK, the police say when they show up. Then, at three in the morning, our assistance dog barked at the door, alerting us of an intruder. I'm happy I remembered to pack my weapon. They fled fast after becoming frightened. The location is quite dangerous. It is not advised that you remain here.

The indoor pool was not heated as advertised. That was a big disappointment because that was one of the main reasons of staying at this particular location. The area around the hotel was not well kept. Cracks and broken pavement surrounded it.

It was a great stay. It is side by side another hotel so it was quite noisy but nothing you wouldn’t expect in a tourist area. The staff was fabulous. They had a nice breakfast but the dining area is quite small. But overall a really nice stay.

Nice hotel with friendly staff
The staff was very friendly, our room was clean and the bathroom was nice, and the breakfast was nice with hot options like waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon, along with typical continental breakfast items. Only downside is there are great dining options super close to the hotel other than a couple of fast food places.

The hotel is conveniently located for our travels. The rooms are good and comfortable. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast. Although it is complimentary, it is not the best breakfast I have had or been offered during my travels.

Change of pace
Pet fee policy should be communicated clearly at booking page. Our room was very comfortable and easy to access for our puppy. Lobby and breakfast area was very clean although the coffee could be better. Close to downtown where all the cool restaurants were. Area felt safe and parking was ample and convenient

Wonderful stay
Our stay at Comfort Inn at Lookout Mountain was hands down one of my best overnight stays in 2023. Being that I rolled in with 3 vans & trucks full of my family, we expected to be spread all over, but our lady at the front desk moved some rooms around and made sure we were all together and made sure our parents & grandparents were right next door to us. The warm indoor pool in December with kids was a huge bonus. Everything was perfect for my entire family and kids. This was probably close to the cheapest priced rooms we have stayed in all year, but turned out to be our best stay, surpassing the $400-$500 per night rooms we have stayed in. I will be checking on rooms late this week for our next trip and Comfort Inn is the only place I will be looking for, Comfort Inn and Suites in Chattanooga Tennessee, y’all are my people now, to say that your establishment and staff impressed me, if you knew me, you would know that is a major win, it doesn’t happen very often. But Thank each and every one of you for making sure the people closest to my heart was well taken care of had everything they needed.
