The front desk was polite and tried to a accommodate but I’d asked for a 1st or 2nd floor and handicap equipment, but the tub-shower had only 1 handbag and it was by the faucets, no br in the middle, no safety non-slip strips on the tub floor. Low toilet nd no hand grip t all for that. There was trash in 1 wastebasket, and the complimentary lotion was about 1/3 missing. Carpet has burn spots and raveling threads in several places. Needs replacing. There was a small black bug on the closet door. The beds were good; all 6 pillows were really soft.

The main things I care about are cleanliness and safety, and this property is clean and safe and that is what matters most. On the other hand, it seems there was enough vacancy that no one HAD to be given the room next to the family with two small crying children but I was, either accidentally or because the person checking me in chose to. My room shared in the inside door with their room, making it even louder. I feel like at another property, someone might have cared enough to spare someone that since it seems to have been avoidable,. But I turned on the fan on the AC and bought a new noise app on my phone and was able to sleep eventually.

Close to UT Dallas. Went to see solar eclipse and my son goes to UT Dallas so it was a great location and cheaper than other hotels that jacked up prices for eclipse travellers.

Very comfortable sleep! Nice quiet AC. The only thing that would have made it better would be a free bananas/fruit and free coffee. Although the Starbucks coffee and breakfast was delish.

This is my go to hotel whenever I come to Dallas. I’ve always thought it was nice, clean (I did see a roach on my last night there; for the first time though) and affordable. If I wanted a little more, I’d book next door at the ES Suites. But one of the things what brew me to this hotel was the pet fee of $75. It’s usually more expensive to have my 2 fur kids boarded, so often times I’d bring them along. And this was a price I didn’t mind paying. Until now. Not only have they doubled, yes doubled, the price to $150, they’ve also added a $15 daily cleaning fee. And they’ve also made it a one pet policy. After checking out, my pet fee with all the other taxes, cost more than the initial stay. I like this hotel but unfortunately, this will probably be my last time staying here….

Upon check in rooms were not available at check in time 4 pm ,which is inconvenient but Brian at the front desk was absolutely amazing and accommodated me and got me right into a room he was very informative, sweet personable and professional now other young lady at the front desk not so much but Brian was amazing
