Perfect Mother’s Day getaway !
Perfect location, clean, so many activities to do on property you don't need to leave! Host was incredibly nice and helpful. Best Mother’s Day family trip ever!

Fantastic
My family had a fantastic week staying here. We had 4 adults and 5 children under 13 and a dog. With 2 living areas and decks It was spacious enough for all of us. A beautiful location quiet yet only minutes away from shopping/restaurants. We enjoyed fishing, making s’mores, sand castles and much more. We plan on making this a yearly vacation, but next time we want to go during summer to take advantage of the water more. Thank you Julie for allowing us to make beautiful memories at your property.

Golf weekend
Got a few friends together for a golf weekend. Stayed here and it was everything we wanted and more! Great location with a nice private beach on a fresh water lake. Plenty of bedrooms and beds, very clean and close to all amenities and golf courses. Communication was great with the owner. I highly recommend staying here!!

Peaceful Getaway, Great Location
Our friend group has been going away each summer for the last several years. Our kids range in age from 1-8. We enjoy cooking, swimming and relaxing. This location allowed us all of those things. It was easy to get to, and with the pond on site, our little ones had access to swim and play on the sand without having to trek to the beach each day. Quick drive to Woods Hole which is a bonus if you want a day trip. Julie was great with communication and her home is lovely! We had plenty of space for our group. A perfect summer getaway!

The outside living of this properly is fantastic for all ages. Toddlers, preschooler lived the shallow water and sand play, teenagers spent all their time kayaking and fishing, adults loved the upstairs deck and plenty of Adirondack chairs everywhere! The inside is tight for the number we had and a few rainy days did not help but we found other things to do. It could have been a little cleaner; don’t look under the beds! But overall a wonderful property for a large crew!

Hidden gem in Falmouth
This is our 6th time staying here and it never stops amazing us. Our group has grown and now we have toddlers and infants and it is perfect for them. The sandy beach area is perfect for kids to play and swim. The outdoor shower is perfect for everyone coming off the beach. The house has so much space to spread out with the deck and yard and beach with two floors of living space we were never on top of one another. There is everything you need at this house but if you wanted to leave, ocean beaches, and shopping are all within a 10 minute drive. We plan on coming back next year!

Another Day in Paradise
This is our third summer in a row here. It is the most relaxing place on earth! The house is the perfect size for our group of 12 and a dog, The yard is fenced in so the children and dog are free to play outside whenever they want without much adult supervision. Both the lower deck and upper deck have an unobstructed view of the yard and access to the lake is fenced in. The lake is warm and has a gentle slope. There is a stream that the grandkids love to play in and everything, Silver Beach, The Knob and the bike path, are within an easy drive. My favorite thing about this rental is that it is the perfect place to relax and spend time with my family.

Amazing vacation accommodations!
We just checked out from an incredible 3 night family vacation! This house was perfect - plenty of space for our extended family of 14 - adults, teenagers, kids and babies! The house was very clean and fully equipped with anything we could have needed! The private beach out back was a HUGE plus! We had a couple of questions for the owner while we were there and messaged her through the VRBO app and she responded very quickly with all the information we asked for! I highly recommend this property and I’m sure we’ll rent here again in the future!

Beautiful, comfortable home
We had a great weekend stay and loved the home! It had everything we needed and we all felt very comfortable. The home is much bigger than it looks in photos and everyone could spread out and relax. The location is beautiful overlooking the pond and we enjoyed the hot tub both nights. Check in was easy with the key pad and Julie responded quickly when I had questions leading up to our stay. Would love to stay again during the summer to take advantage of the outdoor space more.

Already planning my next stay
Julie's house is amazing! My family and I spent a weekend here and we didn't want to leave. The location was perfect for our large group ranging from age 6 months to 70 years old. The house was very clean and had everything we needed from towels, linens, floats for kids and adults, Adirondack chairs, a grill, hot tub, games, pool table, fire pit, grocery store 8 mins away, etc.. We were able to just relax and not to have worry about a thing. Jenkins pond is in the back yard and was the nicest pond ive ever been to with nice & clear water. We spend the whole day there going from the pond to the hot tub. We ended the day watching the amazing sunset and making smores in the fire pit. This is truly a special place. We created lots of amazing memories during our stay and can't wait to go back. Thank you Julie for being so easy to communicate with and letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Great lakeshore property
We loved our stay. The house is really nice and more than adequate (6 bedrooms) for our vast crew of people from 6- month to almost 70- year old! One small thing missing is a washer and dryer; se did go to town just once and were all set.

Another Great Stay!
My family and I (and our dogs) stayed last year for Labor Day weekend and decided to come back this summer for a week. It was even better than we remembered! Beach in your backyard, close to town. fenced in yard, hot tub, game area with pool & ping pong! There is honestly something for everyone to be entertained. And the house is so clean and well cared for!! We will definitely be back again!

Your second home on the cape
This house has everything you could ever want! Cleanest pond right in front of your house, beach 5 minutes down the road, 5 minutes to everything in town and not to mention CENTRAL AIR. This is our 5th time staying here and every year it just gets better. The view from the deck at sunrise or sunset is heaven. This was our first year with children and the pond was perfect and easy for our group. Julie has excellent communication and is very helpful if you need anything. Don't wait and book your trip here.

Perfect vacation
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and plan to come back next year. My grandchildren love the beach and swimming, our dog loves being able to play with the kids in the fenced in yard and my adult children begin relaxing the minute they walk in the door. There is plenty of space and beds (our hostess even had a clean bed for our dog) for our family, the house and yard is spotless and the neighbors are friendly. We love it and plan to return and make more family memories.

We stayed at Julie’s house for a long weekend with the extended family of 8 adults and 6 kids. The house was great and was well equipped for all of us. The location on the pond was perfect and the kids spent most of the time playing in the sand and water. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great Lake House
This house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It has a beachy feel by the pond, plus hammock and hot tub. The house itself has a large common area and six bedrooms, great for getting together with friends. It was also within 20 minutes of kayaking, beaches, and restaurants. It's also great for dogs, and has a well fenced in yard. Overall, a great time and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Cape.

Great Labor Day Getaway
What an amazing home! Myself and my extended family had such a great long weekend at the house. It is a place for one stop entertainment. Right on a huge pond, secure fenced in yard for the dogs, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, card games. You don’t even need to leave! The way the bedrooms are laid out are also perfect for multiple families to share the house. And even central air! We loved it so much that we already booked for July 2022.

Perfect
This property was perfect! The house was immaculate, the linen service was definitely worth getting because there were plenty of towels and the bedding was good quality, my grandkids spent hours in the water and the fenced in yard made it easy to relax because we didn't have to worry about our grandkids and dog. This was by far the best VRBO we've stayed in. All the furniture was well taken care of and I could tell that our host took great pride in her rental property. And I loved the way the home was decorated! It was a very fun week!

Family loved the lake
3 BR upstairs for the adults and 3 BR downstairs for the kids was perfect. All the amenities you could ask for. Beach is easy access as some of the homes on the pond have dozens of stairs to get to the water and have no sandy beach. Yard is secure for kids and pets. The only ask would be to have a fire pit from a box store with a cover. We had no incidents but the in-ground fir pit is still HOT the next day and pets and kids do not understand this too well. Look forward to another stay.

Beach House Vibe
First off besides the property, Julie herself is wonderful. She was very prompt with her emails and was very accommodating with all our requests. The house itself is simply adorable. Had a beach theme inside and country feeling outside. Loved the pond and hammock while outdoors and the pool/pingpong table indoors. Everything was less than a 5 mile drive which was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hopefully next time.

Julie is lovely. The property is awesome. The Pond is perfect. We planned a last minute trip and the house was definitely more than we needed. In limited numbers (family of 3 plus 2 dogs), the association beach next door felt a tad overwhelming. Having said that, we also felt like rockstars stamping out our little spot of sand and rolling in and out freely! Hot tubbing, ping-pong, worry free family travel...if we weren’t dealing with Covid we would have really made use of all this group house has to offer. It’s a fun, charming property on an ideal slice of water in a great part of the Cape.

A perfect getaway
We were fortunate to stay at Julie’s beautiful home for a multi-generational family vacation, choosing to stay in-state during the pandemic. The house had everything we needed and more. The pictures don’t even do it justice! It was perfect for our three families and the kids loved the bunk beds. It is perfectly located for all sorts of activities but we spent most of our days at the private lakefront beach and in the water. The beach is much bigger than the photos and perfect for little ones (and big ones alike). We also loved the hot tub, large deck, and all the space. We would return in a heartbeat!

Would prefer to keep this one a secret..
Thank you Julie for opening your home to us, with four adults and two children, and being able to have my other family visit for a couple nights was a great laid back experience. The layout was perfect for our needs, the kitchen maybe a bit small and somewhat disorganized - but who's isn't? The bar area with pool and ping pong was a lot of fun, walking out to the beautifully warm clear lake was super awesome.. Also, having a gathering area in the basement to hang out while kids sleep is a wonderful thing! We did miss having a washer/dryer - being near the lake in humid weather doesn't allow anything to dry even on clothesline - I would bring more clothing next time knowing the laundry costs about $10 per load at a Laundromat. We look forward to making this a yearly getaway as long as it is available!

perfect long weekend!
Everything about this rental was great...the house, the pond, the location...everything! We brought kayaks and paddleboards and had a blast on the pond! The neighbors were super friendly but very close and it was difficult to keep the loud mouthed men in my family quiet so I hope we didnt bother them too much! You wont regret renting this house for a memorable vacation!

Fantastic property! Sandy, shallow beach for kids and great lake for fishing and kayaking. House is very roomy - four families staying together had space to spread out. Our family loved everything about this house! It had enough space inside and out to accommodate our large family. Access to the water was also a major plus and the fenced in yard was perfect for the kids! It was close to shopping and the beach. We will definitely be booking this again!
