Perfect apartment for an enjoyable and relaxing family vacation
Ireen and Dirk are very thoughtful and good hosts. The apartment is perfectly equipped and decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen is the best kitchen we've had at a vacation rental with all the necessary utensils and more. There were 5 of us, three adults and two children (9 and 6) and the apartment suited us perfectly. The view from the apartment is unbeatable, you can see the swimming pool, the small harbour and the beach. The swimming pool is great with a closed off shallow children's section and a deeper section that has varying depth, the temperature of the pool was lukewarm and perfect for a quick dip or staying in for hours. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and the beach is a very nice sand beach. There are plenty of restaurants by the beach. There are some grocery stores within a walking distance but if it's very hot or a lot to carry then taking a car is preferable and with easy parking at the apartment and at the main grocery stores its very convenient. Overall we couldn't recommend this apartment enough!
