The climate was very poor, the bathroom has no door inthe shower comparmet. The water is come out and wet all over the bathroom.

Lo que no me gustó es que la cobertura de red del tipo Wi-Fi, no cubría el lugar en el que me encontraba. Solo en el lobby y los amenities. Después estaba desayunando mientras veía las noticias del país y el mesero me retiró los platos y ni siquiera había terminado de desayunar.

Excelente ubicación buenos amenities
Las instalaciones están bien conservadas En mi habitación 1203 deben mejorar algo del baño , había olor constante que lo solucionábamos dejando prendido el extractor todo el tiempo El otro tema es mejorar la presión de la ducha que no debería ser complicado teniendo en cuenta que estábamos en el segundo piso

Excellent staff
Value for money, great location between the centre and close to the Costanera. The staff is absolutely outstanding, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool had a repair of some broken windows, but they showed us a second pool. It did lack a bit of furniture though. Well equipped gym. Breakfast was okay (savoury, sweet, fruits, eggs made on order). The hotel should improve the WiFi, we received passwords for 3 networks, except for the one network which was actually stable.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo frente a la costanera, que es el mejor sitio de Encarnación para finalizar el día. Es súper seguro, la gente es muy amable y hay gente haciendo muchas actividades El punto negativo importante del hotel es que están construyendo un edificio justo al respaldo del hotel. Todas las habitaciones que no tienen vista al río, tienen que soportar el ruido de la construcción… trabajadores gritando, máquinas, golpes, etc Algo que no me pareció correcto por parte del staff del hotel es que al plantear mi incomodidad por el ruido de la construcción, me dijeron que me podían dar una habitación frente al río, pero no pagando la diferencia normal sino con un sobre costo adicional por ser de última hora. Me parece incorrecto querer aprovechar la situación de algo negativo para ellos en algo negativo para el huésped. El staff es muy formal pero no tan amable. Las camas están bien, pero las sábanas y toallas si podrían mejorar, ya se nota mucho el desgaste
