The rooms were clean, bathroom was clean. Looks better than the photos to be honest. I used the laundry service and everything came back clean. Didnt have any issues. Security at night gaurding the door i would go back to visit. Only bad part was no food service besides breakfast from what i saw

The property has a small mall with bank, food court and cellular company. They have 24/7 security. And there is a 24/7 Am/PM convienance store with beer cave on site. The breakfast seemed to be over cooked and served, not a buffet and only get like one scoop of things. The towels had holes in them and were very small. But the air worked when your in the room like most Eco friendly facilities. Front desk was very helpful and spoke enough english to help.

Not too many hotel options in Esteli area and this hotel was a good choice for our 4 night stay. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and parking was available. Breakfast was good. No frills but everything was right for our stay.

My two night stay was comfortable, clean, loved the breakfast and the staff was kind and welcoming. Bathroom amenities were limited but sufficient, the shower stream was very low which was strange... All in all, I would stay there again.

Front Desk Attendant was exceptional, and addressed all issues that we had with a smile. Overall, the rooms were good, but cleanliness such as floors not being vacuumed, 2 of the windows not being able to lock or stay closed and dirty underwear from the previous guest still hanging on the doorknob inside the one of the bathrooms were concerns (we had booked 6 rooms). The included buffet breakfast was good, although they tried to close it at 9am instead of the required 10am, but the front desk attendant came to assist and ensured they made more food and stayed open. Overall we were pleased, and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable.

The staff was super nice and very helpful. It was raining and the guy even opened my car door for me and had an umbrella to walk me to the door.

Great value and very comfortable stay
Very clean and super comfortable bed. Our room the safe did not work and we didnt have a door tag for do not distubed. Also i had to borrow the ice bucket from my friends room.

The rooms were nice and clean. Good daily maid service with soap and shampoo replacement. Staff was friendly and courteous. The only draw back was the free breakfast from 6 to 10 am. Good local food and fresh juice with coffee. If you arrived later in the breakfast time, sometimes they would be out of a certain dish and did not make more

The rooms are small and so are the beds. Be careful of incidental charges they can be quite expensive. Do not have them do your laundry if you must ask the price first. I was charged $35 to wash 12 pieces of underwear.
