Spacious Home

Host was very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. House was in very nice neighborhood. It is a tri-level so a lot of stairs for us, but all the rooms were very nice.

Nice stay
I originally planned our stay here for 5 guys on a Michigan tour. For many reasons, it ended up being only me and my brother staying in this 4-bedroom home. So, it had everything we needed for our short stay. Nice home, neighborhood and location for us. It is a split-level home, so I would not recommend for folks having problems with stairs. However, for us, it worked out very well.

Clean, roomy for 8 adults and 3 children, located on a quiet cul de sac, easy to find, very close to airport (10min. drive), close to interstate to get to places such as, Ionia for funeral, Grand Haven and Lake Michigan for fun, easy access to Grand Rapids stores, markets and museums.

Quiet, spacious and clean. We were very happy with our stay.
We stayed from Thursday to Monday and we found the house to be just as described in the listing. Lots of space to spread out and nice places to gather for meals and conversation.

Rented this house for a group of 7..had plenty of room for even more people. Mike was very easy to get ahold of and contacted me prior to visiting to ensure everything was set. He had just painted and had carpets washed, place was very clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out. Stocked with everything we needed for bedding, cooking, etc. Good location, very easy to Uber into downtown

Comfortable wedding stay
Me and 4 friends rented the house to attend a wedding. The house was very nicely stocked, especially the kitchen. It's in a quiet neighborhood and we all slept very well. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

Great location with lots of sleeping space.
We were in town for a family funeral. The four bedrooms were great for all of us, including young children. We were able to host other family members for a cook out following the funeral. Great yard for the kids to play outside. Worked out so well for us. The only issue we had was with the internet. Spotty.

A fun weekend
We stayed here with two of our three kids and their families. The house was perfect for our group with the rooms on different floors. The beds were super comfortable -- and I'm hard to please in that respect. We would definitely rent again.

Great Home
Perfect house for 4 couples attending a concert at Van Andel! Home was clean and has lots of room for everyone. Mike was great with communication and helpful information. Nice neighborhood and only 10-15min drive to downtown GR! I would definitely rent this home again in the future for a concert.

We are really in joy our time at the house. Very roomy, plenty of bath towels, not a lot of kitchen utensils. I wish you have more full bathrooms. We definitely will come back here next time

Very relaxing
The house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space for us to spread out, relax and spend time together. The house was clean, the kitchen had all the basic cookware, dishes, spices etc. needed to cook. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and bath towels for our crowd 10. Board games available for the kids. This was so much better than staying in a hotel and we felt at home!
