The best home away from home when visiting Hamburg. Large clean and very comfortable rooms. The service is amazing, and the views are unbelievable. Lots of food options at walking distance. I would book here again and again, and again! :)

Lovely apartment , very spacious, etc. pity about the noise from the cobbles outside and fiddly light switches which make me leave behind my electric toothbrush causing a fortune to send it back.still haven’t got it back.

A well appointed aparthotel
The Clipper Elb-Lodge is a quality aparthotel with very generous room sizes including well stocked kitchen. Highly recommended especially for those needing more space and/or staying for an extended period.

Comfortable apartment hitel
Very nice and spacious with a beautiful view towards the canal. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal or you can go and explore the nice seafood restaurants down the street.

The apartment we had was lovely: great space and views. WiFi, coffee machine, separate toilet etc. Few plug sockets we not properly attached to the wall. Could have done with more towels during our stay. Booked and paid upfront through Expedia - which was fine on check-in, however on check-out with a different person was told that we still had €19 to pay on the bill. Had to provide proof of upfront payment in order to not make that payment. Other things: great location, easily walkable to anything you would need. The street the hotel is on can be very noisy with vehicles at night, so wouldn’t have the window open.

Perfect for our stay in Hamburg with our son. Very spacious rooms with separate living and bedroom that comfortably accommodated an extra bed and we still had all the sofas to use. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the Black our curtains and electric shades. Great location with a wonderful Italian restaurant just across the street and many other options to choose from close by, for breakfast you can choose to use the cafe of the hotel or walk half a block to a bakery which great selections, fresh squeezed oj and indoor/outdoor seating. Easy bus ride (line 111) away from pretty much all major tourist attractions like Reeperbahn, Landungsbrücken, Hafencity and Speicherstadt. We will definitely be back.

We had an appartment with a view of the harbour. Just stunning. The appartment has all amenities even though they are not serviced every day. There is a free washing machine in the basement.

Very clean, upscale apartment hotel near the Hamburg Altona cruise terminal. Full kitchen, and separate living room / bedroom. Service was good. Not in the nicest part of Hamburg, but great if you are needing to get to the cruise terminal as we were.

Clipper Elb Lodge Hamburg
Very spacious, large apartment, clean and comfortable. These are serviced apartments so the service side is minimal. I arrived late (my fault) so I had to go through an automated check in process that could have been more intuitive.

Convenient place to spend a weekend
The location, space, furniture, audio/video equipment, and staff were all excellent although the street noise was a bit loud early in the evening. The lights were unnecessarily complicated to operate and not well explained in either the welcome brochure or in the TV video provided. The outside facade was under renovation (which was not noted on the website) which caused some noise when the wind was blowing.

Harbor and Altona Fish Market
Location was perfect for us- harbor, fish market down the street on Sunday (nice walk at dawn; mnay people out partying all night) and Konigstrasse S-bahn less then ten minutes up back steps. Liked privacy given by hotel staff- clean rooms and fresh air. It was loud on Saturday due to party atmosphere but this did not bother us.

Overall, we thought the place was very convenient. We ran the half marathon and were happy to have a kitchen in the room/apartment to be able to cook the night before the race and have a breakfast place right next door. We also enjoyed the great view onto the Elbe river and the rather quiet area. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Amazing view
The apartment is extremely spacious and comfortable! The location is very nice next to the Elba river with ships travelling 100 m away from the hotel. The breakfast is very convenient in the bar in the lobby (even if the bar is not part of the hotel) !

Amazing apartment/room. The room I booked was not available so they upgraded me to a 5th floor corner apartment, The views are unbeatable. I suggest anon booking request room 502! AMAZING! Beautiful location, perfect apartment everything you need close to many great restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. 1 minor complaint is the lack of parking for all guests. One of the best places we have ever stayed, best value for your money! Very unique TV system in a wall that retracts, TV flips so that you can watch in LR or BR. Kitchen fully stocked with even a dishwasher. Could live here easily!

A spacious and clean apartment. Within a walking distance to the fish market and beyond. Lots of restaurants nearby (Cafe Schmidt along the street is a fab place for breakfast). 7-8 minutes to the nearest underground station where you can pick up a through train to the airport, but the walk will involve a few steep steps (we managed fine with our suitcase though!)

The comfort room we had was excellent. Fantastic bed.....the best sleep I had in ages. The room itself was spotless and decor fabulous. The hotels location also good. 5 mins walk to reeperbahn and lots of little fishermans pubs....absolutely fantastic hotel and would go back in an instant.

Great place to stay & easy to get to
Ruby wedding celebrated here and staff were superb! Got upgraded to very nice corner room with views of river Elbe and a celebratory bottle of fizz. Nice touches! Hotel is easy to get to by S-Bahn from airport with no changes of train required. (Konigstrasse station for the hotel - 10 minutes easy walk). Very modern apart-hotel with lovely spacious and quiet rooms. Good restaurants and a good grocery shop close by with all the luxuries you require. If you want nightlife the Reeperbahn is just a few minutes away (1 stop towards town on S-Bahn)

Super views of the port
Amazing room with incredible views of the Elbe, I was impressed with the in room facilities and could certainly have made this my home for more than the 1 night, I was delighted to see a LInn stereo system, this was a very nice touch. The apartment is surrounded by some very nice bars with restaurants all very near by, I will definitely be visiting again.

Night in hamburg
We wanted a night in a hotel with not far to walk to the Reeper Bahn and fish market. This was the ideal place for us. The room or should I say apartment was excellent. Staff were lovely and it was spotlessly clean. A little bit more expensive than what we wanted to pay but once we got in there we could see why.

Convenient hotel by the harbour
The apartment is very modern feeling, with a good standard of cleanliness. There were switches to control all the different lights and also the blinds, which could get a little confusing, and which seemed from time to time to refuse to work. The staff however were all very friendly and very efficient and coped with minor malfunctions very efficiently. Possibly the biggest draw back is that there is a cobbled road outside the hotel which means that the traffic noise is very significant. Overall it was a very decent place to stay and reasonable value for money.

Good place tyo stay for a longer vacation
I stayed there for a week with my family. Two adults and two kids four year old. Its great location. Very accessible from all public transport and parking places. had no problems whatsoever with the service. We had a river facing view and that was amazing. Beds were quiet comfortable. Would recommend the hotel to friend and family travelling to Hamburg.

Good Location
Overall great Hotel, need to know though, although you book for 2 adults and 2 kids, and Hotels.com give you the final cost. You will still be charged 50 Euros extra for 2 single beds you pre-booked...Just not the same as the 8 hotels we book for our 2 weeks tour around Europe. where we you´ll be charged for the bookings you searched and no surprise check out bills. Weared......

very comfortable and lots of space
We loved our stay there, we were travelling with our daughter, there was lots of space for everyone to move around, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the couches were comfortable, the equipment of the apartment is fantastic. If I had to mention one thing that is not ideal, it would be the distance from the nearest underground station. It was quite a walk (down stairs).

Mooie plek geweldig gelegen bij de havens. Je kan lopend overal naar toe. Hotel heeft prachtig dakterras. Heerlijke kamer met gescheiden slaapdeel. Leuke keuken goed uitgerust....
