We ended up with two nights here due to a travel hiccup. The room was lovely and spacious but the breakfast was very basic. We had dinner there the first night and the choice was very limited and poor. However, there was very little choice elsewhere as we discovered. Nothing to do, see, or explore in the vicinity.

Restaurant menu was very limited and ordinary. No bar area, as advertised. No minibar, as advertised. No soap in bathroom. Had to use shower gel. Couldn’t phone reception as no directory on phone. It had been pulled off! Also very noisy, could hear conversations in the next room.

Avoid booking this place. Location: good Everything else: very very bad Ants all over the rooms Cob webs and bugs all over the hotel lobby walls Hallway carpet littered with debris Room sheets and bathroom towels have seen better days. Arrived on Sunday evening and we just couldn’t stay here again so we tried to cancel our Thursday booking but the hotel staff refused and said that they started to clean the rooms better. Which doesn’t help us who woke up with bug bites. Super disappointed.

I stayed here for one night, and it was perfect for what I needed which was a decent hotel close to the airport. The area is noisy but it didn’t cause too much of an issue. Staff is very friendly, and it wasn’t too hard to find. Room is spacious and clean. Showering left a lot of water in the bathroom but other than that it was a convenient and enjoyable stay

Take a pass on this one!
Don’t be fooled by the photo of the hotel facade - the inside does not match the exterior. When we phoned to let the hotel know we had arrived at the airport they promised to pick us up in 5 minutes. We waited in the cold for half an hour and phoned again. The receptionist said the driver was just leaving. We told her that was not good enough and took a taxi. We were horrified when the driver turned up an alley to drop us off in the front of the hotel. There was a pile of garbage right across from the entrance. Our room was old and shabby and the bed was soft and lumpy (springs)! We went down to the “restaurant” and sat at a long table because all the tables sat many people. It was horrible, with supplies and rubbish at the far end. The room had a window that looked into the kitchen which was very small and consisted of a work bench, a microwave and a single hot plate and frying pan. The refrigerator/freezer was located in the supposed restaurant. We ordered two meals but only one ever showed up and was at best a child’s portion on a bread and butter plate. Even the beer wasn’t cold. We left early the next morning and took a hard pass on the breakfast. When I poked my head in the restaurant, there was no staff there and the “buffet” consisted of three or four plates of something or other. The hotel couldn’t even provide timely transport back to the airport! We are very glad that we will never have to stay there again and would not recommend it to our worst enemy.

Ideal layover stopover
Really useful place to stay when you have a long layover. We used it because our international flight didn't leave until gone midnight. This provided a clean comfortable room for the day and evening. Restaurant served good simple Vietnamese and some Western food to order. Great value on both counts

Very convenient location near the airport. Unfortunately, there's not a lot to do nearby but it is a perfect first or last stop in Hanoi. The staff were very friendly, arranging a pickup from the airport for a small extra fee, allowing an early check-in, and explaining their restaurant and pool services thoroughly absolutely would stay here again!

A good airport hotel option
Comfortable hotel, very close to HAN airport. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The neighbourhood is uninteresting, but you're there to rest before or after the airport, not for the ambiance. Fairly quiet despite airport location, only a bit of airline noise occasionally, nothing that interferes with quiet enjoyment of your space. Quick Grab options from the area for airport or onwards transportation. Mattress was a bit hard for Western sensibilities but not so much that one can't fall asleep. Bottom line: it's hardly glorious, but the owners make an effort, and I would stay again if I needed a HAN airport hotel.

Handy for the airport, staff very kind, they will arrange a transfer to the airport for you. Shop next door to the hotel where you can buy snacks. Menu small but tasty.

Nice, comfortable and VERY close to the airport.
This hotel is fairly new and very surprising in this neighborhood. It looks like you're driving into a little local neighborhood with very local-style eateries and homes, then surprise! Here is this diamond in the rough, literally right over the fence from the airport runway. You couldn't be any closer. Friendly staff, lovely rooms, fair price and even a pretty good restaurant. If you want a comfortable place to stay before your flight, I recommend this one!

This hotel is located in a busy street in the AP but the moment you enter, you will forget the chaos outside. It is very quite inside and the interiors are tastefully done and is very clean. The staff (Linda) is very helpful and sweet

My lady and I stayed one night. We chose Paragon due to its close proximity to the airport and because of the billiards table. Suggest staying only one night. Cons: bed was too hard and noisy. The billiards table was in the garage with a vehicle parked next to it making impossible to play. Breakfast buffet had limited selections. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries for dinner because it appeared impressive and mouth watering in the menu. It turned out the bun was much bigger than the patty. Also, I very few fries accompanied my burger. Pros: staff were helpful and responded to our room quickly when requested. Establishment was fairly clean. A few small eateries were nearby.
