I wasn’t made aware that the hotel doesn’t offer parking for their guests we had to pay to park our car somewhere else it’s so inconvenient especially if you have luggage’s valet was expensive and our toilet seat at our room was broken as well

The hotel itself is beautiful and amazing! A lot of construction was going on in the area during my stay. It looked like they were building a parking garage across the street. I parked in the parking garage on Fannin street, however, because ain’t no way I was going to pay $59/night for them to park my car! It was a quick walk to Main Street with all the eateries. The hotel is perfect for picture taking. Every spot in that place is perfect for a glamorous photo shoot and the restaurant is so good!!

This place is very clean and staff is very cordial and helpful, the only down fall was only one elevator working and could not use the stairs to check in, I did have to call for more coffee and creamer in room there was only 2 each.

The bed was amazing, the ac worked wonderfully! The only thing was that the cleaning crew forgot to empty my ice bucket from the previous people and the coffee maker did not work.. The room was peaceful considering there was construction across the street.
