Неудовлетворен обслуживанием! Не меняли полотенца, стены тонкие (в первый день за стеной были слышны ужасные крики и плач в час ночи) Обратились на ресепшн но были только высмеяны и проигнорированы. Не советую данное место! Человечности в этих людях не найти! Советую лучше брать заведение через дорогу.

The rooms were nice. However they were not clean. I was most disappointed with the customer service. After a day out me and my family returned to the hotel of which we were informed by a lady that she wanted to speak with us. She said to put our bags away and come back down as she needed to wait for her friend. We went back down to reception waiting for her friend to turn up. However in that time she listed problems we had apparently created. The first problem was that upon our arrival, we experienced a problem communicating with the taxi driver and she wanted to know why we did not ask her colleague for help. We explained that when we arrived, her colleague was not there when we needed a translator. Instead someone overheard and helped us translate to the taxi driver. She then went on to say, why we did not book a hammam through her. We advised that we came to reception and asked for her for a nice hammam. She said she knew of two hamams but only had a leaflet for one. She explained that it is a standard hammam but would be nice for us. Upon our own research, the reviews of that hammam were not good. We therefore got some external help in finding a hammam. The lady at Kadirga explained that the managers of the hotel had a problem with us going for external help. We tried to address the problems however she was not listening to us. We felt we were being accused of doing someone wrong. It led to a huge argument which ruined our holiday. Therefore we won’t be visiting Kadirga.

Not a very pleasent stay. First night - we had to be relocated to another hotel as the room was leaking due to rain. We were then moved back to the hotel the next day. The room had hundreads of wasps, we had a baby and despite speaking to reception and told they will sort it, nothing was done. Spent more time killing wasps then actually going out. The beds were horrible, the matteres were broken and it was very uncomfortable. The rooms are run down, and need a lot of work. The staff were pleasent until we had to check out. They kept on knocking on our door to check out despite telling them we have a baby and she just leaked in her nappy and we have to give her a shower. Location is great. Do not go with family but for a short break on a budget I suppose it was ok

Thank you for all your feedbacks. Sometimes even we have limited option the fix the situation like bees. Situation is fixed now but I am really sorry for the invovenience. For late check out , we already gave 2 more hours for the late check out. After that it is a standart procedure that room needs to be clean and ready for the new guest's check in that's why we kingly asked for check out after 2 more hours permission. We are really sorry for the invonvenience and hope we can fix it for the next time.

Okay hotel
Positives: - Close to Sultanahmet - Bathroom was modern with most amenities as expected - Beds were comfortable - Hotel staff were informative and cooperative with Expedia to resolve overcharge - Air conditioning was very efficient in getting the room at a right temperature - clean fresh towels provided daily and room cleaned - Stock fridge provided at a charge - Secure safe provided - Kettle was provided on request and we was able to get cups to make our own drinks - Internet performance was overall ok Improvements: - Room furniture was abit mucky in places and couls have done with a deep clean and polish - The shower leaked somewhere at the base which caused the bathroom floor to become severely wet - The hotel is on a steep hill but the issue is exabbated further that there is construction work happening next door and this further limits he narrow footpath. Also its cobbled street so suitabe footwear should be worn.

That Hill Is Killer
The hotel is great. The staff is excellent. Breakfast is average Turkish hotel breakfast in terms of selections, but slightly lower quality. Hotel appears to be undergoing renovation, which is needed as it is dated. But, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The drawback to this hotel is the area. It's in an older part of Istanbul. It is mid-way down a VERY STEEP hill. If you have a baby stroller (or two like us), I would warn you that the hill is no joke and is VERY DIFFICULT with a stroller.

good value for the money. Good location, but the hotel is located down the stiff hill which is a bit difficult for some. The staffs is really nice, welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. Hotel is a bit old but but fine, just that I saw 2 cockroaches during my stay. If you are not too picky and on a budget, this hotel is should be enough for you.

The hotel staff n rooms are great. Only negative is the roads around the hotel are very steep so if u have a puschair a bit tricky but manageable. Everything is close bu walking distant.

It was a good short stay, simple basic breakfast However the only downfall was we kept getting complaints for talking, walls are very thin so couldn't really have a laugh with my friends. Suitable for couples

Do not ever book this hotel!
The hotel staff are some of the rudest people i've ever come across and they're completely unwilling to provide any sort of help or information to their guests. Truly one of the worst places i've ever stayed at.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, the main reason we have chose it was a location. You can reach a lot of historical sightseeings in 10-20 minutes. The staff was friendly and always ready to help you

No signs for the "do not disturb" anyone can open the room and enter while you sleep . Poor breakfast . And hard to find location . Ups and downs with your luggage you will have a hell of a hard time to make it there . Even taxi did not find !. We walked around one hour before we find it.

Great location and wonderful service
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and was very pleased with service at the hotel. Dogan at the reception was great, very friendly and provided excellent service. Since it was our first trip to Istanbal and turkey we enquired about places to visit, where to eat and how to travel around the city. Dogan was very informative and extremely helpful in giving us the details. The kitchen staff was also very good and took care of our dietary requirements as some were veg. Hotel was clean, house keeping was good and above all the location was excellent. All major attractions were walking distance or accessible through public transport. Overall excellent experience and very friendly staff.

Good location and staff but condition lets it down
Staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was very good (bit of an uphill to get to main areas). The room is in need of renovation, does not look as good as pictures. Some dampness (not major), toilet was not clean, and bin was not changed. Stayed for 5nights and room was not cleaned at all despite asking them a few times. I would not stay here again but do appreciate the reception and kitchen staffs help.

Hotel in location was good all in walking distant hotel room below average because bathroom door was broken so couldn't lock it. Couldn't hang Shower head up the hook was broken there. breakfast was the same every single day boiled eggs sausages salami salad bread they could have had optional eg scrambled or fried eggs different variaty of fruits could have made toasted bread that's all they need to change thanks

Loved this hotel. Very close to all the sights.
Hotel is very close to all the sights in Sultanameht. We walked to everything we wanted to see. Great restaurant around the corner from the hotel. Room was spotless. Breakfast buffett in the morning.

location is a maze, but a good hotel

Kadirga Antik Hotel
I'm rating this hotel 1 1/2 stars. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have questions. The biggest problem with the room is that the toilet leaked and we had to have a towel in front if it to absorb the water but you couldn't use the toilet without wearing shoes. We told the staff who informed us that most of the rooms had leaky toilets. They were not able to get a plummer to the hotel during our stay to fix the problem.

Friendly staff, clean/new hotel in a great locatio
We stayed here in October. This hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance from all the main sights, and walking distance to the tram line that takes you over the Galata Bridge to the shopping/ night scene area and more sites. The hotel is new and clean, and the staff is very friendly, always ready to help and provide info. The room was very spacious with comfy beds. The Turkish breakfast was good as well. Good value for such a central location.

Cheap accommodation
A bit of a disappointment. Booked via Expedia. Two of us stayed here for 5 nights at the end of September. We were given a large room, a double plus two singles when we only needed a double. There was a door leading out to a balcony, which we found on the first day did not lock, and was a security risk. We brought this to the attention of management but despite promises to get it sorted, it nothing was done during the 5 night period. There was a power failure in the middle of the night on the first night, again, no action until the morning. One night we were there and some men were working on the lift gone past 11:00 pm, hammering and drilling just outside our room. There were no duvets, only a sheet to sleep with. When I asked for a duvet I was given a lame excuse that they were at the launderers!! Didn't rate the breakfast, quite poor selection and repeated daily. It's not far off from cemberlitas tram station, a steep climb so u need to be fit. Quite close to sights so u could walk to most.

We booked for a double room and when we arrived they gave us a one single (twin) bed in a tiny room. We tried to explain this to the clerk but he did not speak almost no English only Turkish. We ask for a refund for our already paid 4 nights through Expedia and he replied to us: “You want money ask Expedia, not my problem. You call Expedia." Obviously we did not have a phone available there to call for help in Expedia and did not know the proper country codes as to try to reach for help from Expedia. So we had to stay in that tiny room or else loose the money.

Though the Hotel is in Sultanahmet area, it is difficult to find for a first time visitor to Istanbul. Its a compact hotel, with decent rooms and helpful staff. We stayed there 3 nights but faced electricity problems (local failiure at the Hotel) on 2 days. Staff tried to mitigate the problem but you really cant do much if there is no electricity. Location is good, close to the Blue mosque and other important sights of Istanbul.

The location is almost perfect and the rooms are very clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was collaborative and helpful. Someone of the staff had serious problems with english.

Satisfied with hotel experience.
Wifi was bit inconsistant. Hotel was in low level, so had to hike upward to reach tramline. May be this is why the hotel is less expensive. Overall very good experience, satisfied with the service.
