This family home has character! It is 2 km from the railway station Sablé sur Sarthe and the Abbey of 4mn SOLESMES.(TGV 1h15 from Paris Montparnasse) or 250 km from Paris by car (2h30 by A11 or A81) .3 / 4d'h Angers. 2 hours from Nantes.
Many visits as possible in the region.
Located in a green setting yet close to all shops,
'La Noë des Roches is located in a beautiful park (2ha) rugged (unsecured) and bordered by a small river (itself unsecure).
The house is perched on top of two old lime kilns stone Solesmes giving all the character of a medieval fortress imposing this old farmhouse renovated with taste. Barbecue, plancha are available. They allow rural lunch followed by relaxing siesta in the shade of linden trees and walnut trees or beside the swimming pool heated by solar panels and secure. (5m x 10m). Trampoline nearby.
Enjoy good parts of Foosball, pinball, board games, for music lovers, it even has a piano. All these facilities are available.

Cette maison, nous a permis de nous de nous retrouver et de partager des moments très précieux, tous ensemble ou par petit groupe. Nous avions tout le confort et l'équipement nécessaire à notre disposition, mais surtout un très bon accueil et bonne communication avec nos hôtes. Belle propriété, intérieur à rafraîchir
Le début du séjour a été compliqué, l’intérieur de la maison n’étant vraiment pas propre, de même que le linge de maison que nous avions payé, d’autant plus difficile à comprendre vu le prix élevé de la location. Le propriétaire a été très à l’écoute et s’est assuré de faire nettoyer la maison pendant notre séjour. La propriété, le parc et la piscine sont magnifiques, l’intérieur est à rafraîchir. La literie est excellente, la maison est très bien équipée mais tous les équipements sont souvent à divers degrés d’endommagement.

Séjour entre amis très agréable
Nous avons séjourné avec un groupe d'amis pour 5 jours à la Toussaint. Tout était vraiment très bien, Étienne est accueillant et disponible. La maison est très agréable, les différents lieux de vie permettent aussi bien de se retrouver tous au coin du feu que de s'occuper en petits groupes à des activités diverses. La proximité des commerces de Sablé et de la gare est très pratique, tout en résidant au milieu d'une belle campagne où se balader à toute heure . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Séjour très agréable !
La maison d'Etienne est très agréable, et les environs sont magnifiques. La cheminée fonctionnelle est un vrai plus à partir de l'automne/hiver :) La maison est "dans son jus" dans la plupart des pièces, ne pas s'attendre à du moderne, mais ce n'était pas ce qui nous venions chercher! Nous avons passé un très bon week-end entre amis et la communication avec les propriétaires était parfaite !
