Hi First of all I read your comments as manager and I can say that we are open to criticism,we have opened this hotel years ago and nowadays we are so nussy,I don't know whether you know or not my hometown is getting popular day by day,we can have some troubles and we'll try to solve this kind of problems,I wish you told us these kind of problems you stayed here,as for lift your right;however,when we bought this building the elevator was too small and we couldn't do anything,as for wallpaper we have some problems about wallpaper in 4 rooms and unfortunately when we are so bussy nowadays we couldn't do anything but I notice and we'll solve this problems,as for cigarette actually smoking is banned by us;unfortunately people don't obey the rules,when we couldnt put ashtray to the rooms some people did what you wrote that is to say they burnt some pillows and sheets and there is nothing to do,as for dirty normally majority of our customers thanks us because of cleaning,when ı read your comments ı am so surprised,you know that very well you live in your home and sometimes you can have some troubles about your home ıt can be possible,you had some troubles;however,we didnt know anything about,we can say our customers ıf you need something tell us,ıt isnt essential reputation assassination ,we will consider your comments,we apologize for the problems you had experienced,ı think we are a good hotel according to price and performance scale,have a nice day
