Point A is a nice boutique hotel that is convenient to the bus and train stations, Buchanan Street and some great restaurants. Point A does have a continental breakfast at an extra fee. If you like coffee first thing in the morning, it may be purchased at the front desk. The unit had USB chargers so we did not have to use our volrage converter for our cell phones and tablets. Point A is in a busy area of the Town so there is traffic noise and sirens from police and emergency vehicles. Our room was small and clean.

Had an amazing stay! The staff are friendly and so welcoming. The restaurant staff in the morning was exceptional, they went above and beyond.
The bed was super comfy, I had the best night sleep. Haven’t slept so well in a long time.
The only thing I would change is having a lift., carrying a suitcase up the stairs almost killed me lol. But overall would give a 10/10 and can’t wait to visit again

"The location is great. The staff is very friendly. There is a bar downstairs, great craft Scottish beer. Very relaxed feel. Property is old, had to carry luggage upstairs, and water heater a bit hard to figure out, but for the price we are paying, it is unbeatable. Thanks for wonderful Oban and Isle ..."
