Great clean hotel Service was friendly Dominic at the bar….was amazing ! I was very disappointed with this property. The wifi was limited to one device, and it felt like a motel more than a 4 stars hotel. The bathroom smelled like mold, the room felt old , the room door was right across the bed, really didnt have a good night sleep.

The wall paint was peeling in my room and there was no tissue in the room. The hotel requires a cash-only refundable deposit to use its beach towels. To use the in-room safe you must also pay a daily fee for a "pin" that you must insert into the safe. Breakfast buffet is "uninspired." The frontage beach is not quite "white sand" and does not have many lounge chairs. Not sure how this resort qualifies for 4 stars.

Molos Bay vacation “home”.
We had a wonderful stay at Molos Bay. It’s location in Kissamos was excellent for access to Elafonissi Beach, Bálos Bay, and other beautiful sights in western Crete. Breakfast was delicious. The room was huge. The full service beach with sun beds and umbrellas was very nice. We would recommend, and go back again.

Excellent location on a beautiful sandy bay. Very good room sizes. Had brilliant few days with my family. Sauna, Gym and evening buffet could be improved.

Best hotel in the resort. Wonderful position, lovely room. Excellent staff and cleanliness. Excellent food and wonderful breakfast. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in western crete.

Wonderful room with stunning sea views
Had a superb 9 nights at Molos Bay hotel. We’d checked photos of the rooms before we went but we weren’t prepared for the real thing - so much bigger, better and the views from the huge balcony over the little bay were incredible. Staff were very friendly, especially the waiting staff in the restaurant and the lovely Elli on reception who was so kind and helpful. We had breakfast included but still paid for dinner a few times. Very reasonably priced and plenty of choice but fairly routine hotel buffet food - we had far better meals out elsewhere, but obviously at a greater cost so no complaints. Plenty of choice at breakfast - the best part of which was sitting outside in the sun practically on the beach. What a view and what a way to start the day! Only other negatives - sauna/jacuzzi and the laundry service were out of order whilst we were there. Disappointing but it happens! We’d definitely come back.

Lovely hotel! Google Maps weren't completely certain where it was however, it was clearly signposted and wasn't too difficult to find. Great location, at the edge of a man-made bay, with two small hotels either side (i.e. the beach doesn't get crowded). Room spotless and spacious, with partial (as advertised) see view. Very clean, with super friendly housekeeping. Good selection at breakfast and dinner, with different dishes throughout or two week stay. At dinner, you *have* to try the lamb: it was prepared differently every night, and every night it was spectacular. The staff are super attentive and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Do note though, that long trousers are, khm, preferred in the dining room.

Spacious, friendly and family friendly...
We stayed for 3 nights and had a warm welcome when we arrived. The rooms are clean and very spacious with the view of the pool and the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again.

Terrible experience
Where to start. We had booked for one night only as we wanted to the boat trip from Kissamos to Balos (which was totally worth it). The hotel on the other hand not. We get to reception to be told the hotel has overbooked so they are sending us to the neighbouring hotel. We had booked a junior suite with sea view. They sent us to a hotel with twin beds and that clearly hadnt been refurbished since the 70's! We went back to Molos to complain as this hotel (and we checked with reception) was at least £70 cheaper. Molos had offered us a free buffet dinner. I never eat buffet dinners in hotels as you dont experience the real local cuisine, but no matter how good it would have been it would not be worth 100 euros. We requested to speak to the manager, who was clearly sat in his office 5 metres away (as we could hear him yell on the phone to the receptionist who was stuck dealing with us). After he decided to disgruntingly come and speak to us, he still refused to refund us the difference so he decided it would be easier to book someone else out. We felt terrible for whoever else was going to be left in that position. It was all topped by the fact that the junior suite with sea view, didnt even have an actual sea view. You could see from in between the trees a hint of the sea. We actually regretted not staying in the 70's hotel which at least had a great view. We couldnt wait to leave that place.

The rooms are decent in size but the views face another hotel; barely at the ocean. The (mostly unhelpful) staff are almost non-existent outside of breakfast time unless you go the beach bar. The breakfasts are very good. The wifi connection to the internet is very bad even after asking the hotel to fix it. The location of the hotel is good -- near the harbor (drive) and some decent restaurants (walk). The beds are uncomfortably thin.

Great location at quieter end of Kissamoss
We arrived at midnight, were given a warm welcome and the barman stayed open so we could relax and have a drink at the beach bar before bed! Most welcome. The rooms are spacious, with a large double bed and bed settee, table and four chairs. Good sized patio with table and two chairs with side sea view. Good sized bathroom with shower over bath. Great housekeepers kept the room very clean. Room 305 - top floor recommended - stairs and lift! The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, cereals, cheeses and meats, pastries etc. The dining area has tables inside and out overlooking the beach. Nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, also more on the beach, plus a nice beach bar. All in all a great relaxing holiday.

Clean hotel but just ok..
This hotel is quite out of the way, there is only one other restaurant close by and a little walk to a couple of others & a bar. So a car a must.. We had half board & food varied enough and tasty but barely warm. There was no entertainment but this could be as end of season but no effort was made by staff to be accommodating. The beach bar where you can have snacks either closed or out of food and the most inappropriate music blaring out while you sunbathe. The room was spacious but the beds very hard and the cleaner not very thorough. The hotel ideal as a base for the west side if Crete & Falassarna beach a must!!

We would visit again!
Beautiful hotel, we enjoyed our stay and consider visiting again. We had an issue with our reservation initially as the room we have booked was not available the first night but with the manager's help this was resolved to our satisfaction and with minimum inconvenience.

4 star hotel but not quite 4 star service
Beautifully designed hotel, well located in relation to beach. Lovely pool. Best ever. Spacious room with fridge n kettle, but no coffee, tea, etc. Food decent, but key items often not replenished promptly at breakfast time. Hot food cold by the time you managed to get your hands on all essentials, esp as served on cold plates. Most reception staff great, esp the guy on night duty.

We had a great 2 nights at Molos. Finding the hotel was no problem, great beach location and easy walking distance to town and more restaurants. Very comfortable & friendly staff! Also great place to make a base for day trips. Would recommend Forsure!

Peaceful location, right on the beatiful beach. Room was an old fashioned but spacious. Bath-tube was a big plus, but it was a little bit "loose" (not assembled/attached properly). Also, housekeeping probably poured cleaning water to the bath-tube, so it was dirty at evenings. One day the housekeeping did not locked the door of the room (closed but not locked), and it could be opened by pushing. Good luck, nothing was missing.

Schön gelegen am Ende des Dorfes an einem kleinen Privatstrand. Sehr nettes Personal, das immer ein offenes Ohr hat. Frühstücksbuffet das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
