A good hotel choice but two things missing
We stayed one night on our return trip home after a summer holiday in Italy. The hotel is new and well furnished and fitted out. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel is out of the town centre so it was disappointing to find that the hotel restaurant only serves breakfasts. That was unclear when we booked. It was also disappointing that this new hotel did not have EV chargers in the car park. Two minuses against what is otherwise a great hotel

I was leary choosing here because of few bad reviews. But I'm glad I did. What people need to remember is this is a Holiday Inn and not a five-star Resort. The breakfast selections were that of a common Europe breakfast, not an American breakfast. The staff spoke English and we're always so happy to help if you need anything. There's absolutely nothing within walking distance and you may have a little trouble getting any Uber here depending on the length of the trip. It's a small quiet city so Uber isn't a big thing there. Highly recommend using a rental if you stay here.

We liked so much about this property. It is a smart hotel so for example your key must be in a slot at the door to turn on the lights. Therefore when you leave and take your key, no lights are accidentally left on….energy saving! The breakfast bar was fresh and had lots of variety. Everything was comfortable except that we couldn’t turn on the air because it was too cold outside (part of the smart building), but the staff helped us open a window. All good!

It was good overall but the morning breakfast rush is something to avoid; make sure you don't go down to the lobby before 9.15am, otherwise you are in for a surprise :)

Neues Business Hotel
Schönes neues Business Hotel . Es liegt im Industriegebiet Fichtenhain, somit leider weit weg von Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig, sehr komfortabel und neu. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber deutlich ausbaufähig. So gibt es z.B. kein Rühr-Ei, dafür aber Bircher Müsli. Ein paar Säfte oder Smoothies wären auch toll. Ansonsten sehr guter Service und sehr faire Preise an der Hausbar.

Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage eine Liste mitt Restaurants in der Umgebung zur Verfügung gestellt mit 2-3 besonderen Empfehlungen. In einem der Restaurants haben wir zu Abend gegessen. Es war super lecker ☀️. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz kostet 12 Euro/Nacht Er sollte kostenlos sein.

Alles sehr clean und freundlich
Ich hatte einen sehr guten Aufenthalt, das Zimmer war groß, clean und nice, an der Rezeption gab es gute Tipps zu Restaurant bzw. Lieferservice in der Gegend. Lediglich das Frühstück war etwas schlicht, man konnte auch nicht auf Extrawünsche (6 min Ei) eingehen. Aber das tut der gesamten Bewertung keinen Abbruch. Übrigens ist eine Straße weiter auch ein sehr gutes Gym.

Die Merkur Spiel Arena ist vom Hotel aus sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist richtig sauber und ruhig. Beim Frühstück bekommt man alles was man braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

GRATIS ontbijtbuffet, maar helaas wel betaald parkeren. Gelukkig wel gratis parkeerplaatsen in de omgeving. Erg stil in industrieterrein. 't Dorp/Centrum ca6 minuten rijden. Traumhaftes Hotel mit super Ambiente und ohneRauch
Wer einmal hier war will direkt den Lindenberg machen. Alles absolut Topp, von check in, über Zimmer und Bad, bis hin zur W-lan Nutzung. Einzig die Tatsache dass man als Raucher, wie heute nahezu überall, keine Beachtung bzgl Bedürfnissen bekommt ist etwas... blöd. Tiere auf dem Zimmer ja,...gibt sogar Service für die kleinen Raker Rauchen? Natürlich nur draußen! Vorm Hotel... Bei jedem Wetter und zu jeder Zeit...
