Masters Weekend Stat
My brother and I got tickets to the Masters, and we were coming from the West Coast. The most convenient was to fly into Charlotte, we searched the map and found the town of Lexington South Carolina as a little over half way. This would leave a little less than hour from Augusta. The house was just as described. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great. Would definitely book again.

A Wonderful Stay for a Getaway
Book the TURQUOISE DOOR Now!!! Walter is a great host! The house gives a warm inviting atmosphere from the driveway. I immediately felt at home once inside #cozy. I was a little cold so thank goodness for that little heater. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer, but I will be back. Restaurants, movies, and trampoline park are close by. All the amenities you would need. The shower is great! I can’t say enough about this property.

Change of pace.
We spend over 300 nights per year on the road, for the cost and hands down best shower to date, this is better than a 3 star hotel at the very least. Property was as advertised and very clean. It was equipped with quality kitchenware and furnishings. Host was very responsive. Definitely reccomend for business or pleasure!

Great stay!
Walter was a fantastic host and I could not have been happier with the property. I stayed for 2 weeks for work and the check in/out process was very easy, place was clean and inviting, and in a convenient location. For anyone with a longer stay, please note there is no washer and dryer. Was not a big deal as there was a laundromat fairly close by.

Walter G was very accommodating, especially that I booked the stay the day of. I traveled from Missouri and got in SC very late. He made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable check-in/stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and very aesthetic. I would most definitely stay here again!

Very disappointing trip.
We booked this property at the end of June 2023 for 9 nights with my wife and two small kids. This property is located in a bad part of town which was not disclosed. On the second night bugs and roaches began showing up in the bedroom, living room, kitchen cabinets and the floor. We attempted to contact the landlord but he would not pick up so we texted him the pictures of all the bugs and advised him we are leaving and we booked a local hotel for the remainder of our stay is SC. We asked him to partially refund our full payment. The next day he said he sent an exterminator and that we should have stayed. He said that the exterminator cost him $150 and that he had a death in the family and could no longer discuss the refund until he has returned. After multiple follow up text messages and now months of waiting we have not received a single response or our money.

Family weekend
We all felt at home in the coziness of this cottage. Coffee on the back porch and chats around the large kitchen island helped to make our family weekend wonderful. The shower was a huge hit with all! Walter the host was responsive & welcoming.

As advertised…super cute, spotless, and Walter was a perfect host. I will say when we first drove up to the house, the neighborhood is visually run down. That being said, neighbors are quiet, no concerns. Location is a perfect spot for getting anywhere in the area. I would absolutely stay here again

We loved this cozy little house! Everything was very clean, communication with the host was quick and easy, and the location was perfect for hitting up Congaree National Park one day...and driving to Edisto Beach the next.

Super clean sophisticated mid century/industrial modern home. Host was very communicative & friendly. House was super clean and cozy. We enjoyed our time. I think it’s perfect spot for adult getaways, business, lake weekends, & sporting events. Only thing I would say that could be rethought is the sealed cement floors, they look super cool but very slippery for little ones. We had a scary fall back on head after a slip. I think this is targeted more for adult hospitality. Definitely the best house on the block.

Great Little House
This house was perfect for our stay. It is updated and very comfortable. There is plenty of parking, a screened-in back deck, fire pit and picnic tables. The Host is extremely accommodating and communicative. It is also very convenient that he lives nearby. We had a great stay and were very happy to find this great home that is convenient to just about anywhere in the Lexington/Columbia area. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful little house.

A great place to stay for attending the Masters. Lexington is an easy drive to/from Augusta and the town offers some nice dining options. We really enjoyed the house as the renovation is lovely and the house is very clean.

Best I’ve ever stayed in
I travel regularly and have stayed in plenty of rental homes. This little box in Lexington was by far the top of the list. From the moment we opened the door, the house smelled clean and refreshing. The open layout makes it feel huge and bedrooms were plenty big enough. A rustic farm feel but everything was modernized. The host was attentive and communicated throughout my stay, making himself available if we had any issues. We didn’t require a thing but couldn’t be happier. Next time I’m in town, I hope this house is available.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this cute place. Everything was clean and up-to-date and the house as had all the comforts of home (minus a hairdryer which would be a great addition!). The only note to visitors is that this is not a very walkable neighborhood but it was a convenient drive to everything we needed.
