hotel located in a very safe and quiet area close to many good places to eat and supermarket. bed very comfortable. I think the room rate is overpriced because of the upscale neighborhood. In Miraflores you will find hotels from the same category and more things to do.

According to the fact about the air conditioning, you can manipulate it directly in the room and also, we can control it in our system. The air conditioning is from 16 degrees to 25 degreesPlease, our only intention is that your stay could be memorable. The room was not properly cleaned. I stay at HIltons in different places about 8 times a year, or more and this was the worse in regards to cleaning and maintenance. The exercise room was dirty as well. The treadmill old and slippery, not well mantained at all.

Best hotel in the Surco section of Lima. The staff are professional and friendly. Very clean, new rooms. Great gym. Right in Chacarilla so easy access to everything in the area - lots of great restaurants. Also just a few blocks away from El Pentagonito where you can get an outdoor workout in - especially on Sundays when they close the roads for bicycling, jogging, dance, etc. For covid testing, there are labs right around the corner for quick, same day testing prior to travel.

This hotel is in the center of a business center in Surco. The offices I work with are literally next door. Nearby shops are very convenient and the property itself was first rate. Very secure, modern and quiet. Staff was friendly and eager to help you out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a tourist, as the touristy part of Lima is far away, but I do recommend this hotel for those who have business/friends/family nearby. Any future visits to Lima will definitely include this hotel. My stay was fantastic.

I ‘d liked the location, room dimension and cleanliness. I did not like to be treated like a thief when I am a Hilton Honors member and multiple times was asked for a ticket to take my car at check out in spite of having paid already it was embarrassing typically those tickets are given for valley parking not self parking . When one is an executive member an identification should be tagged to documents in same manner my luggage get tagged when flying first class Perhaps other people’s leave without paying bu not knowing the difference is an insult.

To much lights on the electronic controllers
The controls of light and air conditioning couldn’t be turned off and it was beside the bed, had to put some pillows over it. The air conditioning had a weird sound. Everything would be perfect if it wasn’t for that 2 details.

Highly recommend
This hotel is brand-new (I was told it opened in November 2016). The lobby is on the 4th floor because they have a casino on the first 2 floors and business center on the third. The exercise area is on the 6th floor. The rooms are ample, clean and comfortable. They have a refrigerator and free bottles of water every day. There is no tub, but the shower is quite large. The only complaint I would have is the mattress was firm - we're used to a foam mattress. The laundry service was very good a well. Staff were very friendly and they all went out of their way to make is feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Pedi servicio de taxi para que me recogieran en el aeropuerto. Me mandaron un correo para confirmar, obviamente andando de vacaciones no reviso mi correo constantemente. No lo confirme. Llegando al aeropuerto no vi nada. Y pague un servicio. Llegando al hotel, quisieron cobrarmelo. Obviamente no me deje. Pero no se vale. Porque mandan algo que yo nunca confirme.

O primeiro quarto tinha cheiro de urina. O segundo quarto ficava ao lado da maquina do ar condicionado e com barulho alto, horrível para dormir. Pela terceira vez, peço uma copia da fatura, como faço em todos os hoteis e não emitem.
