Dear Alice, Thank you for your message. We are sorry that you didn't like the the bathroom. It is in fact out of the room, however it was just in front of the room, one meter away. Our apologies for not having mention that. Thank you for bringing that to light, we will take your notice into consideration for next customers. Regarding the bus, no one ever complained to us before. It usually comes at the time scheduled, however public transports sometimes miss the schedule. Anyway, even though it is not our fault, as we don not control public transports, we apologize for the inconvenient. Lastly, regarding being in a second floor without elevator. It is true it is and we inform our customers of that in the description of the apartment. We understand you may not have read it. Next time we will not forget to highlight it.
