Cute Cottage
Grace’s was cute and quaint with an expresso machine which was right up our alley. The location could not have been any better. Half way between my best friend and the beach. This was awesome and our best night sleep ever!!

perfect location
This property had everything one would need. A wonderful supply of everything from toiletries to kitchen supplies. Grace, the hostess, was. very gracious and replied immediately to all of my queries. The apt was extremely quiet and its location was less than a minute away from restaurants, beaches, and shops. How much more more could one ask for?!

Great stay at Grace's studio apartment. Everything anyone could want is provided. Great apartment for single or couple. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Only drawback is parking is difficult to find. On the positive side, you don't need a car. I'm an elderly woman and could walk to everything!

Charming Cottage, Great Location
I stayed for a few nights and the location was perfect - just a few blocks to 2nd Street as well as the bay and ocean. The studio was quaint, very clean, and charming with everything you need for one to two people. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. Grace is a wonderful host!

Everything we needed, clean and well equipped!
My daughter and I stayed at Grace's place while in Long Beach for a regatta at the Alamitos Bay Yacht Club. The studio was a very comfortable home away from home, with a super comfy bed and everything we needed, from the well equipped kitchen to the laundry facilities. Grace was extremely responsive and helpful too. Thank you for hosting us!

LBC
THE150 is a great studio for Southern California weekend! Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is great, close to numerous beaches and Disney is 30 min away. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect Belmont Shores getaway
As advertised. The cute place was the perfect setup for my Belmont Shores getaway. Was happy to see the room still had the classic Long Beach the vintage feel with just enough modern. Utilized the desk to get my work done then enjoy the patio and the beautiful small space landscaping. Host was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend

The property was very nice and very home like. It was small which gave it a nice feel and wasn't overwhelming at all. as far as the location goes, it is 2 blocks away from any restaurant you could want, close to the mall and movie theaters as well. We would absolutely recommend this place as well as stay here again

close to restaurants and beach
Sadly, the California sun was missing several days during our winter escape stay and the VRBO was somewhat cozy. Fortunately, there was a wealth of restaurants handy and plenty of things to do on sunny days. The closest grocery is about 1.25 miles, but the better one was 1.5 miles. We managed without a car for about 2 weeks - just walked - but finally decided to rent a car to explore neighborhoods farther away.

Quiet getaway
We traveled for our honeymoon and chose this listing as our home base. It’s within walking distance of a local food strip. We ate everything from Greek to Japanese. Mornings or evenings the ability to walk through the neighborhood to the oceans shorelines was such a happy experience. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We stayed the end of October and everything was decorated for Halloween. Never has an issue parking in our 6 day stay. Verbo itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Full kitchen amenities and so quiet.

Check in was flawless and room was immaculate. No hot water in bathroom sink, bed was not that comfortable and fans were inadequate for comfort . Location was great.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this room. Building extremely quiet. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. I just check the amenities close enough to find out it has no air conditioner 🥵just fans. However I will definitely recommend this spot to friends and family.

Great location!
This is an ideal location for anyone coming to visit Belmont Shore! Walking distance to literally everything from the bay to the beach, restaurants and night life. Clean quiet place with everything you need to get going in the morning and relax at night.

Long Beach Visit
My husband and I stayed here while visiting with our son who lives in Long Beach. The cottage was very clean and had everything that we needed, including beach towels and chairs. We loved the short walk to the beach and 2nd St. where the restaurants and other stores are located. Grace was promptly responsive and answered all of my questions. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Cozy location in a tucked away a few blocks away from the beach and
We stayed at "The 150" for a few days as a staycation. I was really impressed because the neighborhood was quiet despite being a few blocks from the beach and bars. Grace was a great host and accommodating! She even helped pay for my sweeping ticket even though I should have been aware of the signs on the side of the road! Thanks again Grace! A slight mark on the cleanliness as a few of the dishes were not fully clean. Internet speed was a little slow and I had some trouble connecting, which made it hard for online meetings. But this can easily be fixed and make the stay a perfect experience. Overall it was a really great stay if you are looking for something quiet while also near a bustling city.

Perfect Rose Bowl Weekend
Booked this location as it was close to friends and we were all going to the Rose Bowl. (actually ran into owner after Rose Bowl and she helped decorate float so fun to meet her!!)This location was perfect for us with lots of restaurant choices within walking distance and the beach just a few blocks the other way. Very quiet area even though 2nd St. very close and busy with lots of foot traffic. Nice to have a kitchen if needed for snacks and restaurant take home. Bring your parking skills as parking on the street is sometimes challenging. Overall would stay here again.

Cozy Clean Cottage
I loved my stay here! The bed was so comfy and the cottage was very well appointed. I had a couple of very minor issues that the owner responded to and was able to solve immediately. The location (just a short stroll to the canal and to 2d Street) couldn't have been better. This will be my forever go-to spot while visiting Long Beach.

Perfect Location
This little beach cottage was perfect for our getaway. The location was very convenient, just a short distance from the beach and all the wonderful shops/restaurants on 2nd Street. The place was clean, well stocked with things you may have forgotten, and THE BED was sooooo comfortable!
