we apologize, this room is right now under massive maintenance, the person you asked to change your room was a night security guard and has no permission to change the room before he has to go ahead from the manager whose was her mobile phone out of rich .

Dear guest, The problem would have been easily and faster solved if you just parked your car for a minute outside the hotel and asked reception for assistance, instead of calling both our hotel and hotel.com. I was informed that you called the hotel to cancel your reservation that was booked under a Policy that states that you have the right to refund if cancellation is made 2 days before arrival check in date. I think it is unfair for you to say that hotel has bad customer service and don’t understand English when they fully understood that you just wanted to cancel your stay!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and I am glad to hear that your stay with us was a memorable one on the whole, be it comfort in your room, service offered by our staff, hotel's prime location near the lake and close to all tourist attractions and places of entertainment. Most of our maintenance work is done in the coming low season so as not to disturb our guests with noises, dust, smell of paint etc. I am very sorry to hear that the wifi was mostly off and after your comment we added another service provider so that if one is not connecting the other provider can be used. sorry for the bad experience you had that night, but again you should complain to change the room for you or to change the bed if necessary as the staff can change it for you easily because the hotel rooms are not full when the A/C was not working immediately the staff changed the room for you
