Dear Guest, Thanks for sharing your impressions that don't come unexpected. Unfortunately we clearly did not correspond at all to your needs and expectations and you did shorten your stay with us and as we immediately guessed upon your arrival, you instead did enjoy much more the features of a standard big chain international hotel located outside the old town. It's a pity for both parties. Especially because you had the opportunity to deem us unfit to your mother's physical condition in advance, since you were informed prior arrival that we were located in the walking area of the Medina at exactly 300 mts from the closest parking and all our features and services are clearly listed in our own website and those of our online booking partners websites. Finally, we are disappointed that our goodwill gesture to reduce of half the cancellation fee that applies for such last minute decisions has not even been considered in your final evaluation.
