We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Puerta Roja! Andrea the housekeeper was so attentive. The jacuzzi was such a nice addition, we wish we had time to use it more! The room was spacious and we had no problems with hot water, it takes a few minutes to warm up but once it’s hot it stays hot. The rooftop also is a great place to hang or work. Highly recommend!

The staff at the property are excellent. Very accommodating and particularly Andrea and the maintenance staff, I recommend for a short stay in CDMX. The room was comfortable and well designed. The location is great, (just some noise at the weekends for light sleepers but that’s the same for the whole city and didn’t bother me). Will be happy to come back again.

Me encantó el Hotel, es muy pintoresco, con muchos detalles de buen gusto. Las áreas comunes son muy agradables y te hacen sentir como en casa. El recibimiento y atención por parte de Andrea, la encargada fue muy cálido. Está siempre al pendiente de lo necesario y siempre te atiende con una sonrisa. No la dejen ir nunca!! Sin duda regresaré

Esta muy bonito !!! Solo que no hay nadie que te guíe , la información me la enviaron hasta que yo la solicite , para poder ingresar , No limpian las habitaciones , no hay agua caliente por la noche para bañar , ni una cortesía de agua para beber , todo tiene costo extra !!

Hola muchas gracias por los comentarios, lamentamos que a tu hora de llegada el personal no pudiera recibirte ya que al ser más de la 1 de la madrugada no estaba en horario de atención, las aguas se encontraban en el frigobar dentro de la habitación es una lastima que no las lograran encontrar al igual que las instrucciones que te llegaron al correo, aun así tratamos siempre de poder apoyarte, estar al pendiente y ofrecer un mejor servicio.
