Very spacious rooms and good Security. Wifi isnt great in the room but good downstairs in the lobby. You have to request a refrig and safe if you want one in the room. Excellent breakfast buffet!

we found a roach. the hotel looks better in the pictures, we actually checked out and went to the ibis. our bags were delayed but was sent to the hotel, they stayed there for almost 2 weeks before they were sent to us, all our electronics were stolen from our suitcases.

Decent hotel for the price, good location, friendly staff that will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Condition of the hotel is a little disappointing though. Rooms feel run down. Pool area is nice. Breakfast buffet is overpriced at $30 per person. Overall just about OK

I recently stayed at the hotel this October. I emailed ahead of time reconfirming my need for a shuttle hotel driver to pick me up at the airport at 12:20 AM however when I arrived there was no driver after waiting about 30 minutes the hotel receptionist asked a cab driver already at the airport to drive me. When I arrived at the property I was given a room key by a very friendly receptionist named Violet however when the gentleman escorting me open the hotel room door a voice from darkness asked who is this? The gentleman assisting me immediately apologized went back downstairs for another key but it was not for a balcony room so we had to change the key the third time. I was comfortable in the room, nice balcony but throughout my stay the Wi-Fi was very spotty the last night I was there there was no Wi-Fi all the way into the next day 3 pm. They had the IT tech working on it but I was also trying to download my test results documents to take to the airpot. Micah was exemplary in his service and accommodating. I give him five stars he helped to make my stay more enjoyable. I’m not sure if I will return to this hotel. I am a female who traveled alone from the US and having a driver available upon my arrival was crucial for me. However things did work out for there are generally kinks in travel. A doctor came to administer my PCR test for $80 in my rm which was great! I had a very positive experience in Nairobi Kenya and would visit this country again. Thanks NSC staff.

Good All Suite Hotel in Central Nairobi
Good hotel with all the basic facilities e.g Spa, Swimming Pool, Bar, Restaurant, Beauty Saloon etc. Good Wifi throughout the hotel. Most importantly the room suite n its bathroom is spacious. Rooms are generally quiet. However, it is an old hotel with good infrastructure which cud do with total upgrading and refurbishment.

Grand old lady of a hotel
The Safari Club is a bit dated but is still an amazing venue. The hotel is centrally located and is well maintained. Staff are keen to help and Nairobi is easily accessible from here.

It is always a pleasure to return to the Nairobi Safari Club. Yes the rooms are dated, the furnishings need a lot of TLC. BUT this is a hotel that looks like a hotel inside unlike most of the prepackaged chain horrors.. The staff are the politest kindest I have met in nearly 60 years of travel, nothing is too much for them. They are happy to see you come and on leaving hope you will return.

No hot water in the room was inexcusable. Called desk at night and again in the morning. Was not fixed. Also, only bfast option was buffet, at $30 US each. They did reduce the charge to only $25...We were advised the night before but thought they said $13. Live and learn i guess.

There is quite a bit of wear and tear of the rooms, some of which could be easily remedied, but everything is functional. The most notable thing is the staff. They are very friendly, attentive, accomodating and helpful!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff.
Our stay here was great. The staff were friendly and kind, and made special accommodation for us to check in outside the normal time frame. The hotel is very nice with great, well-equipped rooms. We also used room service to order dinner during our stay here and the restaurant was great too.

Won't recommend staying here
This hotel needs to undergo renovation as the rooms are dated, not sound proof. Bathrooms need urgent attention. I'm not sure how the hotel continues to charge premium for not so much comfort.
