Customer service was unlike any other Hyatt Place I’ve been. We were unable to check in at check in time and were given unclear explanations. We were then given unexpected parking fees later that night. Staff was unapologetic, poorly communicative and unsupportive. I will not book here again from the check in experience alone. I was excited for a new book and deeply let down.

The front desk staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Very welcoming. Comfortable lobby with couches, seats, bar etc. room was clean and updated. I liked the couch area to hang out. Bed was comfortable.

The connecting door lock didn’t lock the staff that night was wonderful trying to fix it.There were no other rooms available my dtg and I didn’t feel safe and this hotel was only 3 months old someone has not done there jobs inspecting the finished rooms. The gentleman found a piece of wood and a door jam that was our lock for the night. I am now trying to talk with someone from Expedia to call me

Housekeeping was non-existent. Three of the four nights we did not get our room cleaned! No shower gel all four nights and was requested. The shower did not put out enough water to properly shower. When I asked for room service the response was I will try!! When I asked for maintenance I was informed there was none on property. Finally $30.00 per night to self park. This is Green Hills Tennessee not New York. Without a doubt the worst stay ever. I'm sure by just talking to other guests we are not alone in our review. We prefer Expedia to other 3rd parties. I would think twice to keep this property on your recommend list. This could be a nice property but there obviously is NO ONE in charge.

This place is like being in a prison cell but a clean one with no bugs. Very spartan. Bathroom had no lights over the mirror so you had to do hair and makeup in darkness. The only bathroom lights were over the shower and toilet. Breakfast was pretty awful. Being in the room was depressing. Lobby has a bar and is ok.

This is a wonderful hotel out of the hustle of downtown. Loved being able to walk to the cute outdoor mall. Some complained about the parking fee but we were thankful that parking was offered as there are very few public parking spaces in the area. Would absolutely stay again!

The property is new and very clean and the rooms are laid out really well. The staff is the best part. They were all so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved it, and the staff was very nice. Especially the bartender who told us she is called "Poo"!! It was my granddaughter's 13th birthday, and the staff was so kind to her. Thank you!

Staff was amazing! Debbie the bartender was an absolute blast. She was so much fun to talk to. The over night manager Deryl was amazing. The two of them felt like friends that we didn’t want to leave. Tree was very helpful with the customer computer support. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I was disappointed that the room had no microwave. Breakfast was subpar, nothing was really hot. I think the sausage was cooked the night before. Very dry. However, on the good side the bed was super comfortable!!

If we ever find ourselves back in Nashville we will definitely stay here again! No complaints at all, everyone was friendly room was perfect and Uber was easy drop off and pick up point

Our room was not ready at 9pm when we arrived. They compensated us with free drinks and comp parking. Parking is ridiculously priced at $30 per night. It’s a parking lot for the hotel which we shouldn’t have to pay for anyhow!! Drinks are ridiculous in price! More than downtown Chicago. Property was clean and nice. Breakfast was average hotel free buffet.
