Lovely Little Caravan Park
fab little break, not done a caravan before and this was right on the beach, great caravan and clean, didnt realise we needed bedding sheets but local shop had some. alll good would book again

Impeccable
It was an amazing stay at the caravan, there were loads of kitchen utensils that I didn’t expect. I normally bring my cutting knife with me and a big pot. You don’t have to everything you need was there. Hit drinks supplies and some seasoning, cleaning product etc. Less than a minute walk to the beach, my daughters can go by themselves to the beach because it was very safe, quite and friendly people around. There is a convenience store a the main road for a few minutes walk. They have available beach toys for children and you can use their washing machine and tumble dryer with free washing capsule/powder. They have 3 rotating clothes line available to that’s enough for all of us staying there. Free bottled water too. Plenty of storage and the toilet with shower was all clean. The dining table was wobbly but still 5 star experience. Additionally, there is a little play area for all the children .

The caravan was very clean and had everything we wanted. The communication with the host was excellent and informative folder was left in the caravan. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well . A lovely location.

Beautifully kept caravan on a small quiet site. Within earshot of the waves breaking and a lovely beach, ideal for dog walking. We'll be back.

The caravan was lovely and right by the beach. We stayed only one night and would love to have stayed longer. Only one problem, we didn’t know we had to bring bed linen. This was not mentioned on the site. Fortunately Joss was kind enough to loan us what we needed.

A great hideaway on miles of sandy beach
This was our second visit to The Leas Beach Park. It's a brilliant place set on a long sandy beach front with very few people on it compared to other Norfolk beaches. If you are lucky enough to be there during a winter storm you will experience some brilliant sea-nary as waves break on the beach. The caravans are clean, comfortable and quiet. There is even a EV charging station on site!

Had a lovely couple of days here.place was spotless and had everything needed,nice touch of milk left in fridge ,tea + coffee on arrival.great location right on beach .really good information pack in van as well,really helpful.highly recommend this place to stay

Weekend stay
Very clean and well presented. I've never taken my dogs somewhere like this before so didn't know what to expect, but it was really well looked after. Amazing to be that close to the beach.

A wonderful holiday
We had the most wonderful stay. The caravan was well equipped and very clean and the location was superb, literally a minute walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again soon.

Great stay
Only stayed for one night but will return without doubt for longer. Lovely little caravan park right on the beach, literally a stones throw. Caravan itself was great, spotless and tidy throughout almost like new, more than comfortable. Host was lovely and helpful, really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely few days holiday Small park but lovely. Right on beach. As soon as I arrived I asked could we stay a few extra days. Used it as a base to see surrounding area. Would go again. And would recommend.

Getting away from it all
We have just returned from four nights at the Leas and it was brilliant. Your right by the beach and you can walk for miles. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. Will be returning as soon as we can .

Great Bank Holiday Weekend Break
Very well maintained and spotlessly clean caravan on a small quiet site just a few metres from the beach. Despite the howling bank holiday winds and low temperatures the caravan was very comfortable. Milk, coffee, sugar, teabags, etc all provided. Very good wifi and Freeview and NowTV provided as standard. Excellent Chinese Restaurant/takeway 2 minutes away and good but small supermarket nearby.

Although not easy to find the place as not well signposted but once arrived lovely clean caravan friendly people who greeted us . Caravan well stocked with all essentials even milk in fridge tea coffee sugar and cleaning products . The only downfall no outdoor chairs or seating outside caravan and weather boiling . We managed to make our own bench and have a drink outside. Really dog friendly and so close to beach . Lovely Chinese takeaway a few minutes walk away which we tried and lovely walk to poachers pocket where we had a lovely Sunday carvery. Would definitely stay again had a lovely peaceful sleep sound of sea waves therapeutic . Owners very accomadating and friendly

Undiscovered gem
This is one of those undiscovered gems. It is right on the sea - overlooking a great sandy beach that stretches for miles - literally a few meters from your caravan. The owners are great - happy to be of help or just to leave you alone. There are nearby shops within walking distance including restaurants and take-aways. It's a great off-season getaway and probably even better during the summer. \If you have children there is a little play area for them. There's the usual terrestial TV plus Now tv for watching BBC iplayer etc and excellent WiFi

I've just come back from a 2 nights stay and I'm very impressed with this holiday park on arriving I was shown my van. It was very clean. TV, heating, etc all worked. The kitchen had all the supply's I could want and they even left me a new bottle of milk for my arrival. Area was beautiful plenty of beach to walk on. So in essence a excellent place to stay :). I hold my hand up and caused my self a issue but owners went out there way and fixed it, they had sent me an email conforming the booking and what things I needed to bring which i hadn't read but on a quick ask they provided bed linen which was greatly appreciated. Local area is lovely, we had a Chinese (Cash only) which is pretty much over the fence :) and it was very nice and the local shop was ok for supply's you need quick but i would drive abit further if you want a proper shop. The only gripe I have and its nothing to do with the actual park is the road leading to the park is a compacted gravel through road that sees a lot of traffic so is very rutty and what I mean by that is its like a 4x4 track so anyone with low / lowered cars make sure you enter from the north entrance opposite the Chinese as that's much better / shorter, maybe all the surrounding parks / houses should pull some money together and throw some gravel in the holes. We had to leave quite early around 3am so we didn't get a chance to say bye but you have a lovely place and your a credit to how holiday parks should be ran. Thankyou Chris

A stay at the Leas Beach Pack, Bacton. Could praise the owner enough, due to family situation, was more than helpful. Phoned them the night before and they were great in their response. A clean mobile home, to a high standard. Nice welcome touch by the owners and understanding of our late departure. Many thanks to the owners, a family stay made easy for us. Sorry no photos but amazing views.
