Mr. Ramon, thank you for sharing your feedback.As a pet friendly hotel we welcome everyone that want to bring their dog or cat along to their vacation. We did not have any issues with our elevator. We also disclose our office hours. The virtual agent has the capability to manage emergencies and guest concerns 24 hours.

Dear Lindsey, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We had a free cancelation in place for anyone that wished to cancel their reservation due to the hot water. I must point out that the agent at the kiosk is a human in real time not a robot. they are also trained and provide great customer service. Upon checking you were here two nights and never approached the office to voice your concerns. Thank you!

Dear Stefania, Thank you for your feedback. Upon checking tour records the room was used and you stayed for several hours which caused the full charged for the night. We are a hotel with an outdoor pool so guest using the facilities may walk around without a top on. We pride on providing our guest a safe environment as most of our visitors are families with small children.
