Small property. Nice and quiet at night. But after a certain hour no staff are on property. Don’t have any issues. But if I did not sure how long it would take for them to show up

ROACHES on third floor!!! The room looked so nice during the day but then the sun went down and the roaches came out. The next morning the lady at the front desk happily moved us to a new and better room. The property grass is full of litter and dog poop. If they fixed the bugs and trash everywhere it would be pretty nice. Staff was the best part of the experience. (Claimed to not know about the roaches but looking at the reviews you can clearly see its not a new occurrence.)

The staff and the lobby very professional and clean. The room was better than expected. Bed very comfy, everything was clean. The pool even tho i didnt get in it look clean. It is located in 192 so theres plenty places to eat, easy access to main roads. And theres a bakery walking distance

Hotels.com should be ashamed to offer this as a hotel option. We checked into the room and left immediately. Dropped off the key in the holder and left. There were people outside their rooms, a woman feeding cats and door open with other cats inside. Elevator did not work. Woman in wheelchair could not get up the stairs. Kiosk is a front to avoid facing people in this horrible property. Did not see a single person working in the property. Seemed like 'guests' were managing themsleves. Shame on me for trusting hotels.com

We also disclose our office hours. The virtual agent has the capability to manage emergencies and guest concerns 24 hours.

I checked in on a Friday around 9pm. I didn’t get greeted by a human. I had to check in via a kiosk. When I was waiting for another guest to finish his check in I noticed a sign on the window stating there is NO hot water until Monday. Well my stay was Friday till Sunday. That means I didn’t have hot water to shower for myself or my husband. I had guests in 3 other rooms that didn’t have hot water as well. This had put a huge damper on our weekend and to say the least. 4 rooms booked to stay the weekend and we didn’t get the decency to get a phone call regarding the hot water issue. Also the residents that live at the hotel smoke Marajuana consistently in there rooms with travel through the vents into other rooms. Absolutely disgusting. The guest above our room constantly banging on their floor which left ceiling residue all over my belongings and all over the counter with the sink/ microwave. I am absolutely disgusted with the amount of money I wasted on this hotel this past weekend. I would like a call back from corporate level manager.

I must point out that the agent at the kiosk is a human in real time not a robot. they are also trained and provide great customer service. Upon checking you were here two nights and never approached the office to voice your concerns. Thank you!

The mattresses are very worn, i was sleeping in indent. The toilets are very low, felt like you sitting on the floor. The blinds have gaps and there's no curtains.

I was there just for 30 min and is like a jail, man’s without shirt walking around your room, asking this, drinking, is just HORRIBLE… I made the check out and they say that they can’t do the refound because I wash my hands in the room!!! LOL Please, run away from this place.

We are a hotel with an outdoor pool so guest using the facilities may walk around without a top on. We pride on providing our guest a safe environment as most of our visitors are families with small children.

Place was full of roaches everywhere, dead and alive. The blinds were broke and people could see me from outside. I stayed only for 5minutes and left right away, they could not even refund me the full nights as they should have. Do not stay here by all means!
