I stayed with 3 friends in a family room before flying out to Portugal early the next morning to celebrate a 50th birthday. Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were great. It was a gorgeous evening so we went for a drink and to sit in the outside area of the bar. The girls behind the bar were lovely and one of them noticed we were celebrating a birthday. She appeared 5 minutes later with a birthday dessert for from friend and made her feel very special. Easy walk over to the airport the next morning too. Would recommend.

Only complaint is that the website advertises a shuttle to the airport. There is NO shuttle. However, it's about a 5-7 min walk to the airport from the hotel.

Excellent service - reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Clean and elegant rooms, great ambience, food reasonably priced although breakfast could be cheaper, staff professional and helpful, very courteous. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Property is not that old stayed in it when it was new and the condition of the rooms have greatly deteriorated. My room was dirty asked for chair to be taken out it was so dirty. Something was spilled all over the carpet and absolutely no attempt to clean it up had been made couldn't wait to get back out thankfully just for one night. Shame as it was nice first time i stayed.

We were booked to stay at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow Airport. When we arrived they said they were overbooked and could not put us in a room - our booking was pre paid. They ended up moving us to an alternative hotel, which was further away from the airport so not ideal for our early flight. It was absolutely appalling.

We always enjoy this hotel when we come up to see family as it’s close to motorway and easy to get around Glasgow from. Our main complaint this time was the discovery of a very dirty towel all folded up as if it was clean. When I pointed it out to hotel staff I was told it was probably because it was a male member of staff in the laundry and they are not always as fastidious, not what I wanted to hear.

A* Hotel experience.
Love the stay, felt very welcomed from start to finish. Easy to get to from Glasgow Airport, 5 minute walk thats all it took. Very happy with the room, everything you need for a night stay or two. Breakfast buffet was awsome and yummy, well worth the stay. In future when i come again to Glasgow i will book at the Courtyard Marriott. A*

The staff could not have been more helpful during this stay (my third I think) when I arrived and my baggage did not. They really went the extra mile. Otherwise it is quiet, easy walk to terminal, food is good, most of all a nice atmosphere. I will stay again.

Check with the staff that they have a full F & B compliment before booking a meal - limited kitchen staff led to a 1 hour wait for a dismal meal when it eventually arrived- a disappointing start to our holiday
