Marisol 4 Br 3 Bath Sleeps 10!! Spacious End Unit***5th Floor Condo.
The primary renter of this unit does have to be 25 or over.
The MariSol is directly on the beach and built close to the sand so you get stunning views of the water. You'll want to spend all your time on the balcony in awe of the views of the beach. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west.
This property features a gulf front living room. Being an end unit, this property has wrap around views from all over. The living room offers plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen TV.
The KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats 6 and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.
The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the large SMART TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE as well.
The SECOND bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and flat screen TV in the suite.
The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a twin over full bunkbed and a twin size bed. It has a flatscreen TV as well.
The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a Queen SIZE bed. It has an en suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a flatscreen TV as well.
The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 12 comfortably including 3 complete baths.
PARKING: One pass for the covered reserved spot under the building, and an additional pass for the overflow lot across the street.

Wonderful stay. Condo could use updates and more thorough cleaning. AC works amazing! Furniture is comfortable but dated/dirty. Porch railings and glass need cleaning. The space was plenty for our group. We enjoyed our stay and the view is wonderful. Beach service is not included but would be an added bonus!!!

Family vacation
Amazing place with incredible views of the water and plenty of room for all of our family (7 adults and 2 kids) for a week. We could walk out easily right onto the beach. Only downside was that the pool was not heated and so cold that we could not swim in it. Some things around the condo needed repair and the managing company was very prompt in helping fix them. A few good restaurants, ice cream, bowling and rollerskating, and walmart walking distance from the condo. Do be prepared to bring or buy your own beach towels (they did provide a lot of white towels), beach toys and chairs, paper products and conditioner. Overall a great place and wonderful vacation!

The condo was well kept, clean and the rooms were huge! The bedrooms are nice and slept well. The bathrooms are nice and roomy, walk in showers, 2 jacuzzi tubs, plenty of towels and washcloths. Kitchen has pots, pans, coffee maker, nice countertops, big balcony with cushioned seating. We enjoyed our coffee of the morning and our devotional on the nice balcony.
We got there late in the evening on our day of arrival so they worked with us to check out late because our flight out was in the late evening also. We all appreciated that so much! The only thing we missed was the heated pool, it was very cold! But the nice weather and ocean made up for it. I would recommend this property and hope to go back again myself.

Great unit in a great location.
The unit was perfect for our family of 7. Two master suites, one queen bedroom and one room with three beds, a well fitted kitchen and separate laundry room. End unit had extra windows and lots of light. Very cool electric shades on living room windows. The location was great - sort of in the middle between Pier Park and Thomas Drive. The unit was very clean and well set up. Our only negative was that the second master, which already has a street view vs beach view, only has a queen bed and no dresser, so it felt a bit chintzy compared to the main master. We also wish there was guest parking available for a 4rd car (especially considering it is the off season and the assigned lot was almost empty). Overall, a great stay that we will likely look to book again.

Adult family vacation
We had an all adult family vacation and found the property to be very nice. Even though one of the rooms was full size, bunk room, and single size but we made it work. We had a couple of issues we had to call on and the response was fantastic. I do recommend this property for vacation.
