I got in contact with the hotel prior to arriving as our flight arrived in Faro early in the morning. This was excellently acknowledged and our early check into the hotel was fully accomodated. My travelling party needed the extra support and this was honoured by the reception team.
Communication with the hotel upon arrival and throughout our stay was very pleasant.
Even when we had issues with the light in the room, it was promptly dealt with.
Ok, food options were slightly limited but we had 5 different restaurant options which meant we were not bored.
The location is fab and met our needs. Cleaning was on point and staff were very accomodating.
I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again. 😊

The pictures making it look newer and updated, it’s very dated. The room I had looked like something out of the 80’s. Beds were hard as a rock. The only reason I’m giving any good stars was the front desk guy, who was doing a great job.

"Great luxury hotel. Amazing customer service with very helpful staff at check-in, breakfast and at the bars. We had a wonderful time at this very quiet location close to beautiful beaches. The town of Carvoeiro is close enough for a walk but far enough for peace and calm at this wonderful location ..."
