The best thing about this hotel was the communications from the reception staff. The hotel is probably a 2 star establishment, we were in unit 13 which was not good. It was right in front of the entrance that everyone drove up to get to their units so it was light and noisy. It was also right next to a smoking area, who even has those these days surely you should go off the property. The bed had the vinyl tearing off in places and it was just very old and run down, the only good thing was it looked like the bathroom had been recently renovated. I would have given it less stars except the staff were great. I would not stay here again.

I thought it was a nice sized room, large comfy bed and plenty of storage space. We were worried about road noise as it’s right next to the highway but apart from the occasional siren it was fine. I used the laundry which was $4 for the wash and $4 for the dryer. I would have happily air dried my clothes but there was nowhere to hang washing up so I had no choice. Plenty of food places within walking distance. The only thing that would stop me from coming again is the pool area is not secure and the locals would come use it as they wished. Everyday I stayed I saw people using the pool, most of the time they didn’t cause any issues and were just loud, but I saw one male throw a chair and another occasion I saw a male peeing up against a wall.

Unique about this property was accidentally being locked out of my room and then being charged $75 for gaining access...A first in my lifetime. The number I rung was even rude about it. Book in time was 2pm. I was asked to wait till my room was ready. I will never stay at this motel ever again.

Stayed one night before flying out. Asked for a quieter room away from the road. The room was the closest to a major highway and the traffic noise was deafening until midnight then started up again at 5am. You’re also under the flight path for Perth airport so factor that in as well. The accommodation is very neat and tidy and well equipped. Parking at the door a blessing. Check in was easy (I checked in after hours) Bed was a little bit uncomfortable (hard lumps in places) but with a queen size and being on my own was easy to find a comfy position. Shower head and pressure was lovely and having a face-washer and liquid soap was luxurious. Will definitely return as the price is adequate compensation for the small negatives mentioned above

buses to take you everywhere from Bentley
late check in arrangement was a breeze and extra clean room awaits. Everything in the motel look fresh. Bus stop with four routes 34, 201, 220, 930 is right outside the motel. Westfield Carousel is just 5 stops away. 3 stops away is a shopping mecca of warehouse size op shops of 5 so plenty to explore nearby. Buses in Perth still take cash and give change which is a plus for travellers.

I booked a King room and upon arrival was told we were “upgraded” to a family room because of double booking and the unit had more room… we got down graded to a queen bed… then being in a bottom unit and hearing kids thundering around and the next door neighbouring unit cars window got smashed.. a phone call from the Hotel before arrival would have been nice

Having a parking space right outside the room was a plus. The shower pressure was very good and the bed very spacious. The room was neat & tidily presented. Unfortunately the guest in the room next door had the tv on until after mid night and the noisy road works on Albany Highway right outside the motel kept us awake. We left the room at 3am to get our 5:30am flight so didn’t feel rested at all.

Easy driving distance to Curtin University and local supermarkets etc. Room was nice enough, bed was comfortable. Shower is small and like an after thought of the bathroom. If you are a light sleeper this motel is not for you high level of road noise constantly. I ask for a quieter room if was possible but motel was booked out my entire stay so was not an option, receptionist was rude and was quick to hang up on me after this conversation, do know her name but wont sell her out on here. Parking was ok but others clearly cannot read the numbers on the ground as per their allocated room and was always in my park which seemed in be inconvenient to them when asked to move. I personally wouldn't stay here again.
