A spacious two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom the home has been designed using green building concepts, native fallen hardwoods and natural stone. Casa Tres Peces boasts 16' vaulted ceilings with large overhangs, providing shade from sun and rain showers.
2 master bedrooms with ensuites, cool, modern polished concrete floors, and a state of the art screen system that allows for fresh air to flow through the home constantly make this home cool and comfortable even in the heat of the day. Both large bedrooms contain beautiful stone, en-suite bathrooms, large storage spaces, and views of either the ocean and jungle. Both rooms are well appointed with fine linens, pillows and comfortable king size beds. No fighting for the master suite in this home- though you may have a debate over who gets The Manta Room or The Puffer Fish room. Each bedroom is dedicated to one of the beautiful creatures of the ocean

A four wheel drive high clearance vehicle is required for accessing not only Casa Tres Peces but the majority of the beaches north and south of San Juan del Sur. We are located 12km from town on country dirt roads, and as the Balcones community is perched on a hill from the main road a 4 x 4 vehicle will make your stay much more enjoyable!
