"The staff was awesome and top-notch! It was a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, it was really noisy. We heard when the restaurants across the street were recycling the glass in the bins all night long. Because it is so close to everything, the people along the beach are very noisy and you hear everything. Wasn’t anything that the hotel could do but that was annoying. Also, the air conditioner never got cold so our room was warm. "
"Hotel was clean and generally quiet, its in a busy area with night clubs and bars so there was some noise but nothing that got in the way of sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area which seems to be very popular with German visitors so youll hear very little English spoken, not a bad thing given youre in a non-english spraking country. The transport links were good, with the airport bus and city bus stopping 200m from the hotel. Food options were pretty good,...
"The property and the staff was amazing! Even the area it is just across the street from the beach. The beach was stunning! Only thing is your in party central. If you wanted more relaxing wouldn’t be the best hotel for you. But still quite enough for sleep. We had an amazing time. "

"Lovely decor and super clean rooms with all you could need in them. Pool areas had plenty of loungers (was there out of season, 13th sept). Nice little shallow pool for kids too. Spa was lovely, with multiple temperatures and functions across several areas. Staff always so friendly across the whole hotel. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked with quality food, cocktails delicious by the pool and we had a delicious meal in one evening too. Would highly recommend as was only 10 mins to the airport too. And the bus very easy to get into Palma.
Sadly the area around the hotel was too rowdy for us, not what we had expected at all, and the beach so crowded with stag and hen dos enjoying the german themed bars and food. "
