It represented fair value for money, and the location was good. However the private bathroom is along a shared corridor (not en-suite as expected), air conditioning costs extra, and we were unable to find the parking. Also there was no lightbulb in the bedroom

No wifi was available in my room. The staff was terrible and had no solution. I complained a few times going up and down the stairs and was just told "i will reset the internet". Finally I just gave up. The was extra charge for air-conditioning, which is mentioned in the fine prints, but they wouldn't accept card and i needed to get cash to pay for it. Also the area outside my room stank so bad. Overall i felt miserable, cheated and taken advantage of.

Very disappointing
The room had no external window and only shutters to an internal room. It felt dark, depressing and claustrophobic. Shared bathroom was awful. No lift even though we were on the 2nd floor. Aircon was not included in price @ €5 per day and only cash accepted so had to go find an atm.

This pension would get a higher rating if we were not put on the rooftop of the building in a tiny chicken coop with 5 euro charge for AC remote control and if the staff bothered to be there on a Saturday morning to open the door since they took our key after check out, but agreed to keep our bags for a couple of hours. The building itself looked so much cooler compared to the temp on the rooftop, and empty for some reason, while several of us had to cook on the upper floor.

Hello, im so sorry for your experience, the AC is an extra service that is very well written when you are making the reservation, our staff comes everyday at 11 am, because the check out is at 11:30 am, thats why we inform our guests that if you want to leave early its okay but no one will be here. Also, the room is asigned according to your booking preferences.

Location Location Location :). We felt like we were living in amongst families and community. The room was small but when you can walk to a park or go for tapas in beautiful Seville, it served my family very well.

The hotel is very conveniently located and good quality, but there was no hand soap in our room (we used the available shower gel) and the wifi was not available in our room (105).

Pensión bien situada, cerca de todo. A mí entender tiene todo lo que uno espera encontrar por el precio que paga. Una habitación limpia, sencilla, pero suficientemente amplia y equipada. Ambientes amplios. Baño muy pequeño

Lovely place to stay!
Great place to stay! The staff was very helpful and accommodating with my late check in. Also, the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. My room (and bathroom- I had a private bathroom) were both clean when I arrived. Pensión Azahar is walking distance from the Sevilla Santa Justa train station. The road it is on, Calle de Vidrio, is somewhat hard to find; it is a narrow road on the left side of Calle de San Sebastián. It took me some time to find it. All in all, I was very happy with my stay.

Hidden charges & unfriendly service
Surprise charges when you arrive and find out that they charge 5€ extra for the remote control of the air conditioning. Discription of the hotel on Hotels.com says "in the room" ac. But you won't get it if you don't pay 5€ extra. & You will be put in a hot room on 3rd floor so you can't live without that AC. Hard pillows, Slow check in process !

A BIT BASIC, BUT LOCATION IS GOOD..
Basic, but located in the centre of Seville... The Pension Azahar is located on a small side street, which is about 15 Min, by walk to the Cathedral and Giralda of Seville.. The alley has lots of Tapas bars, which is good if you want to eat, but the area was quite noisy at night, with smokers and revellers blocking the alley... Otherwise a reasonable stay.

Sentimos que no disfrutará al máximo su estancia. Solo disponemos de Recepción de 9.00-22.00h por lo que a partir de esa hora el check-in se realiza a partir del seguimiento de unas instrucciones. AWFUL HOTEL
Although booked as B&B , was misleading advertising, as no breakfast ! Had to pay deposit on towels ! Pay extra for air conditioning! One of the worst places we have stayed in as the roof room we had was up 3 flights of stairs , the steps to the door were concrete and dangerously steep with no hand rails

Pensión Azahar is just over half a mile from the train station which was one of the main reasons why we chose it. It is a similar distance to the main square in Seville, so convenient for us all round. Our room had three single beds and was quite spacious. With only a single wardrobe the spare bed was utilised for storage space. The shared shower cubicle and toilet was next door along the landing. It was neatly tiled and spotlessly clean, as was our room. Housekeeping is only undertaken by the staff every three days but this did not present any problems for us. The WiFi connection was very good and the staff very friendly. We spent three very enjoyable days there and would recommend it to others on a limited budget.

Très près des quartiers Alfalfa et Santa Cruz! C’etait parfsit, tout se fait à pied! Fallait payer pour l’air climatisé! Et stationnement non inclus! Fut difficile de communiquer avec l'hôte via Expedia! (Je ne le recommande pas! Passez par Airbnb). Difficile de trouver un stationnement à l’arrivée mais il y en a un tout près à 8 min de marche (trouvé plus tard).
