On the other hand, everything that the room says does not have can be seen in the Expedia photos and description, they are exactly as they are shown. It has a window that overlooks an interior patio of the hotel. If you were looking for a window to the outside of the hotel, there is only one possible room, the Deluxe room, and its description on Expedia is also specified.On the other hand, the companion attended to her from the first moment with all the kindness, she called dozens of hotels to see if they had availability, she found availability in one and reserved the entire stay with them. She could not accompany him, as you can understand, because she was at the reception of our hotel with check in to attend. It is not her obligation to accompany him to another establishment that does not belong to us and neglect her work. Therefore, she did everything to please you. You did not have to force anyone to help you, we are ALWAYS available to help all our customers.I wish we would have had availability at one of our locations but, unfortunately, that was not the case. She can't let on that we don't want our own clients to stay with us and that we prefer them to leave the hotel... that's not the case.
