It’s the second time I have stayed in this hotel in the pass 3keeks and I notice both times that my door have been opened by staff right after the first knock reminding me it’s time to leave.

Only disappointment was when I called and asked if they had shuttle service to airport! They said 24 hour. When I checked in we decided on a 5.30 am departure. When I went to check out they told me they don't have a shuttle. Frustrating 2 different people told they had shuttle services

Leif, thank you for taking the time to write us a review, I am sorry about the confusion on the shuttle service it might have been a mix up between our hotel and the other LaQuinta because they do have shuttle service.
Check in have no problem with a credit card for use for a deposit on room in case of damage but was charged 166.65 dollars for 2 night stay had to spend over an hour calling next 2 days trying to get the charge taken off my credit card! Manager and staff are poorly trained and when you ask when checking out if it will be taken off always say yes but it isnt! Will not be staying there anymore!

John, thank you for your review. Deposit hold can take up to 12 business days to be returned. Its has been released on our end and you should be seeing that refunded back into you account within 12 business days.

I have been staying here for work every Monday and this week was not good compared to previous weeks. First the pool was temporarily closed and second the guests that were in the room close to me were playing loud music till 2am and I contacted the front desk to report the issue at 1am and they didn’t do anything about it. Will request a room change if I encounter this issue again.
The property was so nice and clean. And although there was a mix up with my reservation they even accommodated us with a suite at no extra charge. Very satisfied.
Newer hotel. Clean. Lots of nearby food options.
I did on line check in but that really did not speed up check in. Coffee machine was out of order for breakfast-that was the only bummer!
