"Excellent value stay, though the hotel did seem a little tired, evident in small details: a bedside light that didn't work, having only one socket to operate either the TV or the kettle (so couldn't watch TV whilst boiling the kettle), and observing it took three days for someone's half-finished ..."

We bought granola, yoghurt, orange juice and pain au chocolat from the Sainsbury's Local down the road at less than a third of the price, and ate it in our room.
