However, what I experienced was far from standard; it was exceptional, all thanks to the hotel manager, Rohitha Basnayake.
Instead of directing me to solve the problem with Expedia on my own, Rohitha took it upon himself to ensure my issue was resolved. Demonstrating true dedication to guest satisfaction, he personally called Expedia, meticulously searched through his computer systems, and remained by my side for nearly 40 minutes until the issue was fully resolved. His commitment, patience, & genuine kindness during this stressful time were nothing short of remarkable.
