The manager was very fun and welcoming. We got to talk to him a bit in the bar downstairs and had a great lunch. The location is right next to an underground station and super convenient. Highly recommend overall and will happily stay there again.

First time to have lived in a basement room .!! Noticed that the shower glass door was incorrectly marked and I was unable to find the Air conditioner’s control panel which your hotel introduction book boasts about. Pillows were soft and comfortable. Would be nice if there was at least a bottle of water in the fridge

We had a great room. Quiet, clean. Moved to another room, due to ‘water issues’ never was any. The new room overlooks the school yard, so it was quite noisy along with the rumbles from the tube. Staff was great.

24 Nov 2019We were attending the National Portrait Museum which is just around the corner from Trafalgar Square. The Christmas markets were there and there were some lovely items on display. Lots of hustle and bustle and visitors with cameras, a really good atmosphere.
