COZY AND BEAUTY ON ITAPARICA BEACH
Beautiful and comfortable apartment in building facing the sea on the edge of Itaparica. Well lit and airy environment for your comfort. Upon entering the unit you will see the living room with comfortable sofa and beautiful mahogany bench, plus TV with internet and Wi-fi. You will also see a kitchen with cabinets, cooktop stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, scrubber and all necessary utensils in a villa. The double bedroom / suite features a standard double bed, three-door wardrobe with mirror and air conditioning. The social / single room has four beds (two main and two auxiliary), bench to accommodate belongings and air conditioning. On the balcony the guest has a table with six chairs for meals, plus a hammock for added comfort. The laundry area has lockers, tank and washing machine. The social bathrooms and suite are spacious, with mirror and bath division. Obs. We do not provide cleaning and personal hygiene materials.

Tudo perfeito!
O imóvel é bem localizado, limpo e o Lucas super atencioso. Toda estadia foi super tranquila e nos atendeu perfeitamente.
Senti apenas falta de uma sanduicheira e de ventiladores nos quartos, pois nem sempre dormimos a noite toda com o ar condicionado ligado, mas isso não interferiu muito. Nossa estadia foi perfeita e muito proveitosa.

Apt exatamente como na descrição. Amplo. Completíssimo. Limpeza do apt e do prédio impecáveis. Sistema de portaria remota extremamente eficiente. Anfitriões muito atenciosos e sempre prontos para atender. Praia de frente excelente. Muito próximo (2min a pé) de padaria, mini mercado, posto de combustível e farmácia. Mercado maior (Perim e Carone) fica há 5min de carro. O preço dos petiscos e bebidas nas praias de Vila Velha estão bem abaixo da média nacional. Mercados com preços bem acessíveis. Visitem: Convento da Penha, Morro do Moreno, Farol Santa Luzia e, claro, a Garoto. Experimentem Carangueijo do Assis e Mundo da Esfiha. Preço muito acessível e 5min de caminhada do apt. Restaurante Cantinho Gaúcho na Praia da Sereia é o melhor custo benefício. Vale a pena conferir. COM CERTEZA VOLTAREMOS. Grande abraço.

Ótima estadia .
O apartamento do Lucas é bem aconchegante e oferece aos hóspedes todos os utensílios necessários, garantindo conforto, comodidade e muita segurança durante a estadia. O imóvel é bem localizado e apresenta ótimo estado de conservação, tanto na área interna, quanto na área externa do Condomínio. O Lucas é um ótimo anfitrião, além de atencioso, demonstra ser uma pessoa bastante organizada e sempre disposto a ajudar. Super recomendo !
